I bit the bullet and contacted my Congressman.  It was after another call to USCIS where I was able to speak to Tier II.  I had to tell the Tier I that I lost my WAC# or she would not transfer me.  Tier II said that we haven't been assigned and that they only just started June 1 petitions late last week and that there were no June approvals yet...that is a very Tier I answer but the Tier II did give me my case #.

Im sorry! For what ever is worth, goin to the local office did yield results for me. Maybe you ought to try that as well. Much love to you guys...
