Oh Geez wouldn't surprise me either. I'm going to be there for her interview anyway, and the way I figure they can interview both of us until they are "blue in the face" because we know each other so well it won't matter.

There are lots of NOA2s coming in mail without an update on case tracker.

AMEN!!!  Whatever they want to throw at us we will smile through it. Nothing matters to me more than being with Rose. They can test and interview me all they want. They end will be the same. 

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

That happens sometimes when the online case tracker is down or is glitching. Wait a few hours and try again. And take some deep breaths. 😂

We are considering the same thing. It is cheaper and much quicker to green card. It is tough because we are already at day 215. I really don’t expect to see anything before day 230 to 240 if we are lucky. Still, going there to get married and then wait another 14 months for POE is a tough call. I expect that the K-1 is a year long process that we are already 7 months into. I am hoping for POE within 5 months but that is probably pushing it.  That will be a year since we filed. 

 

If if I were starting the process today I would not even consider a K-1. 

I agree so much. It’s really weighing on our relationship. And we both have a lot of patience

Then 8 weeks for USCIS to send to NVC. Another month for NVC then another month to schedule the interview and do medical. After that a couple weeks before VOH and then we can look into actual POE. 

 

Yes, it already sucks... 😟🤪

Is it wrong to think that the daily scan statistics/ETA of NOA2 on here are inaccurate due to many only receiving a letter in the mail with no online update? It seems like the reality of the numbers must be at least slightly better than we see from our scans on here.

Definitely, we don’t have an accurate picture of the number of approvals because they are not being updated online. It’s just odd how some are updated and some aren’t :huh:
