what i cant understand is how this document just appears - it has to be processed electronically - some computer spit it out....

how is it not showing in the system from the 2nd?

 

this is how people get their forms but, NVC & Consulate - when you call them and ask where the case number and package are - all you hear are crickets.......

i'm sure this next leg will live up to all the expectations of the first.

 

this process is quite a ride....

 

(oh, only now - they upped the ante....i'm on a clock.)

03/06/2018: Interview - APPROVED!
03/28/2018: Visa in Hand!!!!

Date of Filing is the noa1 received date? Yes or No?

2) 38...intend or do not intend...

Good Plan! I did mine a week after I sent off my petition. For me # 38 I marked I intend and filled out part 7 additional information.

 

Which said......

 

I intend to provide room, board,
clothing, money and all other needs
for this person indefinitely.

 

There are lots of NOA2s coming in mail without an update on case tracker.

I wrote about that somewhere on the forum, I don't remember where though. At the beginning of the process I got a legal book/guide about fiancé and marriage visas and for that question it checks "do not intend to make..." and later explains: enter N/A (not applicable). This is only for visitors that are truly temporary, such as tourists.
