There definitely ARE approvals in that number that have not been updated online but I have no way to track them.  This is a raw scan of their database as updated by them, so if they don't update, I can't account for that.

They are just messing with our minds, they probably have the VJ site open on a computer and see what they can do to cause confusion for us!

but I guess if they don't up date the approvals then they won't have people complaining to them that they have been passed over simply because we won't know.

Firstly Happy New Year all! I read this forum all the time and it has been a big help and source of much-needed support. I was lucky to have my partner visit over the holidays and it was wonderful. However, we are faced now with an unknown wait till we see each other next.  We are June 6th filers and now at 214 days!

The wait is really getting me down and the thought of a 50-90 days wait for the NVC is brutal!  I need to take some action!!!  So far we have just been waiting.  But now we have a letter congressman and my partner is going to call USCIS next week.  Do you think any of this will help at all??? Or should we just keep sitting tight!  I mean worst case we should be with visa by May right??

I have my fingers and toes crossed for approvals for you all and soon!

Our congressman was useless, and you know what use calling USCIS does unless you are one of the lucky few.

Stay strong, it will either already be on its way or you will get news very soon.

Congratulations!!!!

Did this letter come from California Service Center or from the NVC?

It came from CSC.... right now I hear that there is at least a 60 day waiting period before your case can even be mailed to NVC.... :(

If I have my letter - does that mean the package is on its way the embassy in my beneficiaries country?

Unfortunately, the estimates are extremely accurate... in the fact that they are completely ambiguous and unpredictable, and so far, that’s the way the situation looks.  The USCIS seems to be doing a good job covering their bases by leaving such a wide window in the “Estimated processing time” that we can’t really do anything about it.

But we would love your company lurking here… I think we are really just starting to really act like a real family…or at least the one I’m from😉

Hey you guys.

Keep up the good work!

Were hanging in till midnight were in the west

I will lurk here with you guys with pleasure : )

Nice to have the support of other folks who are going through the same thing. The waiting is just brutal. Hopefully the NOA2 gods will bless us all with bountiful approvals soon! ; )

I'm still hoping that they speed through the June cases now the holiday period is out of the way. I have a charity gig I'm booked to be playing on April 13th in Chicago which way back in June when I applied, I thought I'd be in America with plenty of time for. Now, as a June 30th Filer, unless I get extremely lucky and get approved soon, along with a lucky NVC wait, I don't think I'm going to make it, which is a damn shame. I'm not going to be losing any money, but I hate to let these people down...

Good luck for the upcoming week of approvals everyone.  I have officially lost my mind now so will be posting heaps of gifs going forward.  I was hoping they'd have started July by now but no such luck and I've gotta go back to work tomorrow with the outlook that I'm stuck waiting for another 6 months.

Here's to hoping that they pick up the pace.  I'm starting to lose my optimism now but this walrus seems to be pretty happy:
