Awwwww, sorry to hear that. Have any thought why they denied you?

Just so people are aware, I did run an end of day scan, but I was unexpectedly called away to deal with something, so I will post the results of yesterday as soon as possible.

I was wondering but didn't want to hassle you. The daily scans and weekly totals are about the only indication on how things are moving (or not) since time lines are a bit pointless just now, it looks a little like they might be moving in to July next week.............. so, only  2.5 months to go for us! hell, it might even be this year we get NOA2 approval...............

I think next week is a little premature - they will spend a week going back and cleaning things up, but I think when we hit the 16/17 of this month, they will start moving on to July (just a guess obviously)...

and no no worries about hassle - I know I’m a grumpy sh*t lately and I apologise if my frustrations have come out at you guys who ask about scans - this process takes its toll more and more every day.

Love you all at the end of it all though

Well, hopefully everything will be better when they get the RFE you sent back and send the NOA2 soon, maybe the wait for transfer to the NVC might reduce soon

We haven’t received a denial just yet. They didn’t tell me that when I went to local office, they just said this had happened and maybe I wanted to contact an immigration attorney. I’m not angry any longer. I was angry for about two hours when I found out. Right now I’m just hurt and unsure of what to do in terms of my relationship because I been betrayed. I know time will put everything in place and fortunately or unfortunately having signed up for this process, time is what we have most of 🤔 I have decided to wait for an official response and then make a decision based on facts. But my relationship with my fiancé is currently broken in pieces and that makes me sad. I have a lot of work ahead of me. Thanks for the support you guys.

I´m so sorry to hear that. Please know we are here for you. We are here to listen, to talk and to help if you want us to. You are not alone.(L)

I’ve secretly been holding on to a hope that USCIS we’re trying to reduce their yearly numbers to make the administration look ‘better’ in terms of immigration reduction, and that the New Year would see the NVC wait go back to normal.

I can’t think of ANY other reason that they would feasibly hold approved petitions and cause a backlog for the NVC. The savings on postage would be negligible.

But yeah, thank you. I hope to have less mood swings too hahaha

well, I think it goes with the situation here, when I see a good day with lots of approvals and say 120 + cases handled I feel a lot happier and feel there is hope and then on a day when there is nothing going on I loose hope again.

That has been my conclusion as well.  I think its all a numbers game. They cant just hold them forever!

We spoke briefly today via FaceTime. My birthday is this Sunday and my friends took me out for dinner. Plus time difference and work. I have also taken time to digest because I don’t want to speak out of anger or any negative emotions I might be feeling at the moment. I really hope I can make a good decision, I just don’t know what that is right now 😭

That is a bit of an emotionally draining situation. I'm pretty sure he's also sad about it and he just doesn't want to show you. I hope everything will be okay with the both of you soon.
