I certainly did not mean to be rude, it just gets me when I read that some holy being decided my visa needs to wait. I definitely need to reconsider my comments if people think I am offensive as that is not my intent. 

I know everyone is on edge and the wait times are making us all very irritable and frustrated but this group is here for “support.” Getting into arguments over religion and politics (which everyone is very aware are touchy subjects) or being rude towards ones religion preference isn’t necessary. Let’s remember why we are all here and support each other, not get into any heated discussions.

Nobody want yours, or anyone elses visa to be delayed - We all wanna be in the USA and have a great big party and reunion hahahaha

Ok, I see how you got there. I did not think he was religious so at the time I made the comment meant no direct offense.

We are all good. You have as much right to your opinions as any of us. Maybe making it personal wasn’t the best attack but we all have the right to our own opinions. We are all strong and weak in our own way. I am not a fan of organized religion but I completely respect those who are. Whatever we need in our lives to help us maintain balance is a good thing.

This is long but worth the read. The person who wrote this died in 2008 but his words are as true today as they were then...maybe moreso.

Okay.  I know that this has probably been asked before but I want to check again.  I have seen that some people's beneficiary's have called USCIS.  Is this okay or does the petitioner have to call?  I have seen a few comments on the forum here in which the beneficiary has called and talked to USCIS without issue.  If that's the case then I've got my fiance ready to start calling when we hit 6 months.  He is very good on the phone and also skilled at getting information from people.  Can anyone confirm if this will work?  Otherwise I will have to start calling from work and that's gonna make things a biiiit tricky.

Yes once at NVC stage the fiance can call them and handle everything.

I am a June 29th filer, my fiance is from Mexico... Last minute plans to go see my fiance in Feb 9th... I have been employed at my job for about.  6 months and I have to ask special permission to go see him. I was gonna try to go for the interview but it seems it wont be posible if i take this trip. It seems that it will take months for him to have his visa... I talked to a tier 2 on Tuesday... he said I should have a response in 3-4 weeks and if approved, I needed to wait 4-6 for it to be sent to the embassy. Please please those who believe in God pray I get that permission... I feel we do need each other at this time and seeing each other will make the waiting less painful... I have read different post of people just taking last minute trips and I feel its well worth it! You guys inspired me.
