Ok, I see how you got there. I did not think he was religious so at the time I made the comment meant no direct offense.

Okay.  I know that this has probably been asked before but I want to check again.  I have seen that some people's beneficiary's have called USCIS.  Is this okay or does the petitioner have to call?  I have seen a few comments on the forum here in which the beneficiary has called and talked to USCIS without issue.  If that's the case then I've got my fiance ready to start calling when we hit 6 months.  He is very good on the phone and also skilled at getting information from people.  Can anyone confirm if this will work?  Otherwise I will have to start calling from work and that's gonna make things a biiiit tricky.

Interview date: March 8th 2018 - Result is APPROVED!!! 

POE USA: April 23rd 2018

Marriage: May 18th 2018

Yes once at NVC stage the fiance can call them and handle everything.

There are lots of NOA2s coming in mail without an update on case tracker.

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.
