@vocaledge,  I got an update last night at 11pm that they received my RFE info.  so there are def some after hour workers. Good to know that paying the extra money actually got it in their hands the next day and it was updated same day.  welp, here we go ... :-)

Glad to hear it has been received. I felt a little less stressed about the whole thing as soon as I read the update online.

it looks much better than seeing June 12 starting back at me every time I look!

My mind has moved on to the NVC wait now since I can be fairly certain of incoming approval... (touch wood)

The last time I called USCIS (yesterday) I asked about that.  They said that the adjudicators work 8:00 to 4:00 but they have consultants that work on the website, do scanning and inputing the update info.  The adjudicators dont do the online updates themselves.

I mentioned that the consultant is not very good since so many never get updated online.  She laughed and made a comment about the low bidder getting the job!  LOL

She had a sense of humor but all I really got was the "you are still within normal processing times" answer.

I just hit 190 days. I'm bombing Twitter acct of Homeland Security Dept. daily. Will throw the graphs right at her. She may not read it but I'm hoping others will and thereby let other Americans know that the one form of immigration that every American can unreservedly embrace (marriage/fiancee visas) .... is being handled horribly.  Businesses can be informed too, in an era of an exploding economy .. a source of top notch, able bodied, fully screened immigrants .. is being bottled up.

For you screeners .... is the workload increasing? Are there more cases now as opposed to 6 months ago?

Mine says the same thing....I know myself too......  I would lose my cool with "don't care"  attitude and canned response "your in normal processing times" that I see everyone getting.

I just wait watch hope and pray!  All of our times will come eventually.

I wonder with the government change if they have to increase their denial rate as well as slowing down?

Like I know the current government is not all about immigration so they are supporting the timelines now, but is it just a matter of delay? Cause if it's just a difference between a month or two, that's bearable, but if they have to increase their denial % then that makes me nervous :(

At least with June 6 filers, it's just a matter of time, but with someone like me who has had pretty much ALL the numbers around our application touched, it makes me wonder if they just want to deny but haven't gotten around to it :(

They told us to wait 12 more days when we called on the 27th of December.

Day 207

Sorry, just wanted to vent

Yes, it’s all nerve racking especially when you see others with the same date getting approved...makes the paranoia set in that something is wrong. Trying to keep calm and not let the negative thoughts creep in...hope to receive NOA2 someyime this month!!

If you have a genuine, well-proven relationship then just try not to overthink it. I know it's hard but they can't deny you for no reason at all.
