Whoever keeps saying that CSC adjudicators only work until 4.30, or even 6...  Its now past 8pm there, and my case was JUST updated to show that they received my RFE response.  I went back and checked the scan which I ran at 6pm CST, and it had not been updated at that time, so please... know that there ARE adjudicators who work late, and that this is why I wait until after midnight to run my full day scan, which I will go back to doing in the future, just so you all know.

That would explain why I occasionally get app notifications in the middle of the night.

What app is everyone using to get notifications in case status I have the uscis app but I don’t see where to go to get those notifications

Does anyone know if they care about the Affidavit of Support information being very up-to-date? (Also, apologies if this has already been asked/answered.) I left the giant packet of information with my fiance when I left him in November, so it could be a good 4 months old by the time of his interview.

 

Also, I mostly lurk here, but I'm so grateful for this community. I would've gone (even more) crazy had it not been for this group. Thank you all, especially the superheroes who volunteer their time to keep us informed!

For IOS, use USCIS Case Tracker App.

It will be better if it is up to date, at least 30 days before the interview date.

no news yet, it's sooo frustrating as this is taking a bad toll on our relationship. I'm tired of the phone calls. I want us to build our lives together!!!! It's soooo frustrating loving someone so much but you can't see or touch them!!!  Loneliness is the order of the day! Woke up moody today, bout to cry y'all a river 😢.. how long does the rfe usually take before approval .....?? Lord have mercy!😭😭

Hello everybody I'm new here and I'm an august filer 😀 I think everybody will start receiving their answers soon, since they are not updating the website with the approval. The update they could do in a minute, but letters take long time to arrive. And I hope they are tired of receiving the calls and already started working faster, sometimes people's complaints help. I'm stressed too but I'm trying to stay positive... I wish you all good answers in 2018!

Completely disagree. You’re actually at risk of changing the feelings of good people by keeping them away from the people they love. If I was one of them banned from seeing my family I can’t imagine the hate it would create inside of me.

 

Through our impulsive and thoughtless actions we are creating more support for the institutions which seek to harm the United States. And some of this support may be born in our borders, “sorry, we banned your wife from coming here”

 

At this stage I’m conditioned to expect this type of thoughtless behavior from Mr Orange, sad state of affairs to have such low expectations of my government.
