so if they keep up with 120 cases per day then they can finish JUne filers in 17-18 days total. IF they will keep up with 120 cases per day LOL

This will definitely drag on to February and probably March...The timeline for later filers is looking horrible because it just keeps increasing. They need to get their s**t together...

Hopefully it goes quicker.  NVC can be 2 months (6 weeks to get the file from USCIS and 2 weeks to review).  I felt like I needed to add some padding there.

Actually I think USCIS is now taking 2 months to send cases to NVC alone but NVC seems very quick to assign numbers and send to consulate. I just don't understand why they're not sending cases regularly and tbh it's scaring me how long the NVC time is going to take because it just keeps getting bigger and movement is slower :(

We have finally been approved.........huge happy dance, this has been a long wait :) we are both thrilled and over the moon .  The only notification came via   a letter in the mail, there has been no update of our case online. Our Noa1 date is 7th of June, Noa2  was approved on the 27th December and mailed on the 28th Dec....... 203 days. We received notification via USPS informed delivery on the 2nd of Jan. We are now on the 3rd of Jan and our case is still showing as received online.

Congrats!!!! So exciting to see another Aussie approved :)

Thank you :). It really has been such a long at times frustrating process and to finally have a Noa2 is a huge relief. Still pinching ourselves. Given Steve was here visiting and could not open the mail he called the USCIS......spoke with a level 1 person who of course could tell us nothing, he insisted on speaking with a Tier 2 person......2 hours later we had a call back with the good news :):):)

I can understand delays resulting from mutlti-agency distribution and reporting....

Especially in these current times....

I have credentials which have touched many federal and state agencies over many years...I'm sure I hit many places....

Expect Trump directives to be brutally conservative.

Currently sitting on a plan from NYC to london in bits and everyone is looking at me! This is the worst feeling having to leave behind your one and only. I feel like my right arm has gone.

i hate this!

Congratulations to all that has their approvals and I hope and pray that everyone waiting longer than me gets there’s soon!!

Without you guys I think I would have become an illegal immigrant by now because this is too much. But knowing I have you guys to listen and talk to helps.

Seeing my fiancé the strongest man I know in tears at the airport is breaking me!! How much longer??
