We actually tried to start with 3 people.

but the arrangements couldn't be made.

 

however I can say that it actually complicates things when it's more than two. When I try and help At he end of the day I have to get all the numbers in an excel from vocaledge (or whoever is scanning) and compare in excel. Also find their previous state and updates in order to share here the way people one.  And then run another scan which still takes 1-2 hours. This process overall takes 3-3.5 hours. 

 

I'll be back to helping in 10 days without things get complicated.

Start calling NVC after a couple weeks.  Eventually you will get the MNL#.  Once you get the MNL#, create and submit the DS-160, pay for medical and visa fees, schedule the interview.  Make sure you schedule the interview about 3 to 5 weeks out so your packet will be at the Embassy.  Medical is first come, first served and usually takes two days.  You can do the interview the same week as medical.

CFO stands for Commission on Filipinos Overseas.  They hold required seminars that must be completed before the beneficiary can leave the Philippines.  The GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is required for the fiancee.  It can be taken prior to receiving the visa.

Yes, I find the scans helpful in terms of where they are at with cases for the month and appreciate you guys doing them!

This whole thing was a simple misinterpretation  guys. We are all very grateful to whomever is choosing to do scans and by no means expect them to do it. I feel bad that a post got taken out of context like that. I know on my end, I have explained to vocaledge what it is that I meant by my “Me too” comment and so did Martin. 😪

So... news.

My RFE is extremely annoying but easy to fix.

Firstly let me state, that Tier 2 are liars.  Fiance called on the 21st ,which is when they said we had an RFE and it had been sent out on the 19th.

He called again on the 23rd, and they said it had been registered on the 19th and mailed on the 22nd.

 

Funny that todays RFE has a dated postmark for the 27th huh?

 

Anyway - its a request for a letter of intent to marry from me (beneficiary)...... it was absolutely 100% included in the original bundle - which was all scanned and placed in a dropbox before sending it off.

Anyway - new one done and we'll overnight it back to them on Tuesday so hopefully - that will be that.

Awww I’m glad it is something simple. Thanks for the info,  I’m really stressing about those RFE’s they are so unpredictable, but so has this whole process😪😪 I’m at the stage of, “I need to know and I need to know kind of now” what’s next. 😭😭😭😭

You had to rewrite your letter?

My RFE asked for both letters as well, but i mailed the original letters. I didn't think about updating my letters because they have the same info; how we met and established our relationship.
