Did you ever get an official answer on your inquiry?  The approval today lists a November 17 inquiry and was assigned a number.  I guess I consider it a success if they even acknowledge that they have the petition!

I got something on the app before Thanksgiving that said it was assigned to someone .... never heard back and often it didn't even show up after that, that I had gotten that notice saying it was assigned to someone for processing...... and I have deleted the app bc it was honestly not helping my mind with all this.. but I got an email also when they "assigned it" it to someone and I would hear back in 45 days... nothing since.... not sure what exact date I called and it was forwarded to someone..

this makes no sense -- how is it completed AND I called a week before thanksgiving... not the day after thanksgiving as it says above....................................

edit: oh I see, it was assigned to an officer -- but that was at least a week after I called....  and nothing since...

I actually briefly recall my dates changing when I was checking it....

I think most of the people who filed an inquiry during the September 1st debacle have been successful.  I wish I inquired back then.  Now it is the stock answer until the website passes June 6.

That wont change for at least another month, so.......

Damn...  This is so wrong on so many levels.  Maybe we were better off without the internet.  We would simply wait for snail mail and the world was much slower.

Exactly right I wish I did then since that time my Congress, tried,I tried an we get the wait til feb 1 spill...even online we are stopped, with the it's normal processing time #######

yea congressmen was a big let down for me, everyone is staying with the same BS narrative "it's within normal processing time". I kept on my two congressmen tho and actually got a letter last week; it said that my petition is on someones desk as of Dec. 12th and if I dont hear anything in 30 days to follow up w/ CSC...so guess that's good. BUT when I called Tier II last week and the week before, they couldnt tell me if the petition was at least assigned to someone or anything...this was before I received my letter from the congressmen of course, otherwise I would have stated as much; not sure if that would've changed anything tho.

I have to admit, that I was  doing really well until the 6 month mark... and after thanksgiving its been going down hill inside my heart... after Christmas now I really feel discouraged...  I never ever ever thought it would be this long to receive NOA2... and it just makes it worse that so much of June apps received after me are receiving notices.. that's what makes it the hardest.. but I pray and believe and hang out with you guys all day hahaha

Ha...I have to admit I was doing fine until the published 150 day process + the extra 45 days I "forgave" for being behind schedule....was eclipsed.

this was from over a month ago when the processing date was a mistake and said September 1 ..... but clearly , they aren't doing anything about my inquiry.............  I called a week before thanksgiving.... the actual date says the Friday after.... I guess I could technically still hear form them in within ten days....

It'd be a lot easier for me to wait for an answer if internet didn't exist, but also a lot more lonely since I wouldn't have met my future wife without the internet 😂 you've been one of the constant beacons of hope and positivity in this forum from the beginning for me, and I've got everything crossed that you get something soon, be it an noa2 or even an rfe, just something, anything, so we know you're in the system!
