I'm just afraid they lost a container with all the June 6 files in it.  I just want to know the file is somewhere.

That would really suck if they lost anyone's petition.....but to lose a whole container with ALL the June 6th files in it to be lost is just unthinkable.  It would be a catastrophic blow to the will of those filers.

Congratulations to WAC1790353528!  A June 6 approval!  I hope it is someone here.

They had an 12/6 RFE that was successfully answered.

Do they still have containers? It’s 2018, and you’d think they’d scan everything in by now. Then again, it’s the government.

usually we were seeing them do a bunch first, but honestly, I don't think there is a particular order anymore to do anything. you could get an RFE at any time, love.  I hope you don't though... I am at 204 days and I am expecting an RFE which will put processing off another 2 weeks, and then after approval another two months to get to NVC, and at BEST a month but probably 2 months until interview and then 2 weeks til he is here..... and that's if I would get an RFE TODAY.....   I feel completely helpless....  Only God can do a miracle for us .

Everything I've heard about interviews says that the CO has a large folder with the original petition and all backup and investigation paperwork in it.  It looks like it is a paper chase at least until it is completed.

Why are you expecting an RFE?

I cant remember how many 2x2 photos I sent for Jorge and I --- I feel like the photos I sent of us together wont be sufficient, and I didn't know I was supposed to sign the additional pages that listed my previous employers and addresses within 5 years.... so....... yea....  sadface...  if they could just send me the RFE that would be great

Oh Shoot!

:(

If it's just a matter of signing a few pages, it won't be a long turn around time.

I kinda feel like I will get an RFE too.

Maybe that's why they haven't gotten to our cases yet :(

I totally agree.

More than 200 days for NOA2, then another 60 or so days of waiting in the NVC phase, is plain ridiculous.
