As stated in the information given right before the charts, they intend to compare different months under the same conditions, in this case up to 173 days after the last day each month received cases, not to represent every single case. Just because a specific case doesn't fall between average ± standard deviation doesn't mean the given info is incorrect, just that the specific case is way under or above average.

I dont recall saying anywhere that the information was wrong so no need to be defensive.  I was saying that it is 'ugh' as in, I'm already over the average time so its depressing in general.

Hun, it'll be ok. you are soo close. don't get too frustrated cos you can't control what they are doing in that chaotic, non-process-following, understaffed office.

You'll get there in a little bit and you'll be celebrating like a rockstar <3

Been waiting 7 long months to be able to finally write these words: we're approved!

After my mini-meltdown last night, called USCIS today (282 minute wait for callback from Tier 2) - I asked to find out if my case had been assigned to an adjudicator yet, and she said, "It looks like your case was approved on the 18th."

After asking her to confirm two more times, she finally just said, "Congratulations. If you need help with anything else, have a very merry Christmas!"

Thanks for the love last night, gang. I'll let y'all know when I receive the written notice. Hopefully we're off to NVC purgatory now...

For the trackers, I'm 06/02 350277.

Congrats!!!! What number did you call and what did you say to immediately talk to a representative? My fiance will be calling them as well today.

I have recently changed my phone number, just realize that the old number was in the I129f form that we sent. I dont want to miss a phone call from the embassy. Is there any way I can change my phone number ? If you guy know the solution, please let me know.

Thank you

Case Was Approved

On December 21, 2017, we approved your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), Receipt Number WAC1790367697. We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

I am super duper happy. It s a relief. The second thing I told him was I have to share this with everyone at the forum. You guys have been the best support group anyone could have on their journey. They said 2 weeks and called the NVC, but with Chirstmas and New Year coming we are gonna give it a month.

Thanks all for your support and I wish you all gonna get your case APPROVED  as well.

Congrats! I see you’re going to St. Louis? That’s where I’m from originally. Also, which country is your fiancé from? Vietnam? I ask because Phuong is a Vietnamese name. My fiancé is from Ho Chi Minh. Would love to hear about your experiences as you go through NVC and interview so im

aware of what to expect.

thank you!

how is there only 2 cases for june 6th processed again... I was SURE theyd cut it down to 100 by end of day today - if they were putting in the effort this week to demolish june 1-june 6th the way they are cutting into 19th and  20th everyone in beg of june would have a notice by today. i almost want to do some extensive research on management in USCIS and call and start name dropping so they pull my case and approve in fear.  i know - not reasonable or logical but a girl can dream...

yo through all your sarcasm i COMPLETELY relate. you already know, we are the same NOA1 day... i am trying not to be sarcastic but you and others are definitely speaking through me on this because i feel exactly the same way . its infuriating.  its so strange to feel innocent hope and crushing disappointment in the same day , every single day... over and over and over and over and over...... i don't know if i can visit my fiancé again until his POE so this is a weight that is becoming very real to me and growing more difficult. i never imagined it would be this long, not in my wildest dreams.
