Is it my imagination or are they not even updating their system on application status changes until the evening/night? Seems like all my notifications are coming in after like 6 or 7 PM where I am.

Most days from my scanning experience, they actually do most of their updates in the first part of the day and then the afternoon is the quiet time...

What would be a reason for them to do this?

This seems to be when USCIS mails something (e.g., NOA2, RFE, etc.) and it's returned to them by the USPS as undeliverable. So like if someone moves without notifying them or has a wrong address listed.

Okay, how about if I told you I saw him from Dec 8 - 12?

Should I still do it?

Why do you need excuses not to see your loved one?  I got back from a week long trip on Sunday and if I had the time off I would gladly pay anything to be back in her arms.

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

So many things getting impacted:

1) Having another child

2) buying a home & finding that home

3) changing jobs (I was waiting for this process to be over first)

4) Health insurance, I am paying for them to be insured in Cambodia and my son is double covered

5) My son going to school

6) 11 months can't get any "alone time"

Yes, having another child.....  well...  I’m 44.  Biology does not wait for USCIS.  But, i know that my fiancé will be a wonderful grandfather and my daughter is 21 and one of my sons is 18.  My other son is 12 and they will love each other to death.  No matter what, God has blessed us.

Maybe they are going to do the same as they did on friday, and not upload it until next week.

I highly doubt that they are at work doing nothing, no matter how frustrated we are, that doesn't make sense. The only thing that they actually uploading in the system today was that notice, so I'm positive that they are working and not uploading anything online, maybe it takes more time, or maybe they think it's better not to show their work right away ( because all of the calls and everything) It's just my POV. Sorry if I offend anyone.

There is hope! Hang in there everyone. We are 8 June filers approved 19th December after calling on 8 December for a service request from tier 2 for being outside normal processing times. We have not had anything in the post or had our status reflected in scans or in apps. Just received an USCIS email today as a response to the service request. No RFEs despite using the simple one page British divorce document and being the American living abroad. Good luck to everyone (thinking of you @John & Rose - if you haven’t already perhaps another call for a service request!)
