Yes, I've googled too! I was listening to NPR commentary on the ban, but I didn't see any commentary outright stating that. Sorry for the bother, but do you have links? If this is true, I might just move to Turkey instead.

Hahahaha.. Guess where we are right now!! Lol similar plan B!

As far as my knowledge goes, the travel ban will not affect those who are in a bona fide relationship. I was reading about it now, you should be good.

So... We waited for 6 months... (June 5th - Dec. 5th) and our case got approved.... Just a few hours after the Supreme Court let the administration to implement the travel ban 3.0 .

I (the petitioner) am currently with my fiance, and we were both shocked by the SC decision when we received the USCIS email. Ironically the approval somehow made it harder for us..

Now even if the federal courts rule against the travel ban, it might take until June 2018 for the SC to hear the case and our approval will be expired by then..

Sorry I didn't mean to make anyone sad here... I just needed to talk..

Please pray for us if u believe in praying..

Ok so I can't sleep. I will try again but I need to write this somewhere guys because I can't write or tell anyone right now as it's 1 am here.

theres a wildfire in Ventura, that's where I'm going to live. Where my fiances house is, where I hope my future house will be. And where I hope I'll be paying the mortgage in 😂😂

and the zip code of theirs shows evacuations. He just went to work and told me it's ok. It won't get there. California is used to it. They will handle and oh so many words.

is this just a chill Californian? Or California is really used to and can handle it? Please give me something!

I will be waking up from a call from my mom... she first went crazy about Texas flooding and it took me 3 days to explain it was not close, then she went crazy with he northern cali fires, I sent her a map explaining Ventura (shes smart but a panicky lady...) now I don't know what to say...

yes it is a big fire and the wind is very heavy so it is spreading. on my way home from work they shut the freeway down and we had to take a different route...but hopeful tomorrow it will be maintained

I'm praying for us all

Thanks for your comment, you are unfortunately wrong. The bona fide relationship is not the case anymore. That was the case for the partial travel ban. The full travel ban has another definition of close familial relationship.

Since I'm new I am trying to understand how it works. We applied before and our application was denied and sent back to us. Now we've applied again only to get an RFE😡😡. ..my question is after USCIS 180 days, if you get approved does that mean it can't be denied or anything till the interview? Trust me waiting 6months before only to get denied was no joke 💔💔. That's why I didn't want to keep up with this one, that fear does a lot to oneself, believe me

I don't think nobody has a right answer to this.

there is no 180 days limit first of all.

after rfe if you are approved you'll receive noa2. Then your file will go to nvc. NVC is stuck right now and sometimes files do go back to uscis for review. I saw some get approved again at this stage but I don't know about denials. Most likely I would say yes if you get noa2 you probably won't get a rejection or denial until your interview (about a 99%)
