Guys I understand it's frustrating to see cases after yours being approved as this happened to me too but understand it's a normal part of USCIS' process...Some cases are tougher than others and they can't possibly approve them all by date. If they did this they probably wouldn't even be starting June now. Your time is going to come soon!

WAC1790350xxx has every right to be frustrated. I see my 353s getting skipped and I need to remind myself that there are still May and a few April filers still waiting.  I want to be fair, you certainly deserve your approval before I get mine. That is a bit humbling.

Are there seriously April filers still waiting?! That makes me TERRIFIED.

 

We just have so many hurdles ahead of us as it is - we have to apply for a visa to a 3rd country just to do our interview (since our home embassy is shut down) and then we get in line after a lengthy backlog of the last 4 months of Cuban interviews that are on hold - so it's getting increasingly painful to be at the very front of June and feel like we might be one of the last June apps to be reviewed.

 

At 7 months in and no NOA2, I think we could be looking at 14+ months from start to finish...  which is just devastating.

Hi Guys n gals...I'm back, after from being BANNED!

 

1st off June 6th!  I am the FU**ING JOHN HANCOCK of JUNE 6th.  JUNE 6th is D-DAY!

 

Right is might ladies and gentlemen, and I live my life trying my best to live right, and I know, vehemently, when I am wronged.  The treatment I (we) receive from USCIS is wrong.  Let me start with my story calling them tonight...

 

I called.  I got a tier 1, she told me the old line of "you are within normal processing times."  Hey, Lady, there is NOTHING NORMAL WITH A 7 MONTH processing time.  She tried to explain that the website was current, updated December 7th.  And I said, sorry, it was last updated September 30th, 10 WEEKS AGO!  I got her to move me to a tier II call back.  After a 30 minute wait, I received a call back from an "officer"  Name...adress...DOB...yada yada yada....okay let's review your case...HEY...you called earlier!  And you said you are not in NORMAL PROCESSING TIMES?!?!  He got a little testy with me right off the bat!  SO I say... hey BUDDY, I had my Senator inquire, she was told my application is sitting on a adjudicators desk (sitting on the desk, sitting in a box beside the desk what the hell is the difference...) and its been over a week.  I applied for an expedite and you declined it because it did not meet your expedite guidelines (WHAT DOES???)  So I want to hear from you as far as its status...so he says WELL...we process these K1s in normally in 6 months, but its taking a little longer now...and... click... hang up!   AHHHHHHH!

 

Early in my career I was involved with due diligence of acquisitions of fortune 500 company's.  I was trained to look and listen and compare the explanations to the facts.  What I hear from the USCIS and from what I garner from my and your experiences doesn't add up!  USCIS, we are paying customers, we are human beings and some of us have brains!  Don't hustle us...especially since you got a hefty price increase last year to process our petitions!!!!
