I truly understand you, but there is no regular order in their job I guess. And in this period we don’t have any control in this. I hope you will soon hear from them!!!

I hope you don't have to wait as long as they have been saying for NVC to receive your case and do the interview scheduling. Godspeed to you sis

So they waited 8 months just to tell you something they could have told you in 6??

And wait times last year were shorter too.

That's cruel.

Wish you all the best this time around.

praying hard this time, wishing you the best as well.

Day 197

Day 197 it is. Feels good to be halfway through this journey to our loves arrival and only 200 more days to go.

It will be fantastic to have them arrive just before the start of summer! :dancing:

LOL

I'd be happy to start my drive right at the start of summer (since I will be taking my car through the POE).

It will be easier than driving through NY and PA in the wintertime.

I would still be grateful as long as everything gets approved and the VISA issued.

I just use it as a reference ... I watch how many apps have been processed that are within 5 numbers of mine (before and after), and conclude its all in one "batch"... or the same box.... if that makes sense

edit: I like to BELIEVE, if they have touched most of the ones close to mine (or in my literal situation ,they have touched all of them within 5 numbers from mine)  that mine should be touched relatively soon.... but. we all know they aren't as orderly as we would like so... who really knows....  to note: the apps ranging from 5 before to 5 after mine have all been touched, HOWEVER, its been in as much as a 3 week period, not a couple days... so ...... that's not sayin much

Well, when I run a search on the app for the numbers close to mine, there are a series of 129f case numbers that are back to back.

Like for example 129f applicatons:

It jumps from~359745  to 359814.

And then there will be a whole series of 129f applications that will go from ~814 all the way to ~827.

I consider that a batch.

Not sure if that makes sense.
