My adjudicator probably took my case home, won the lottery, and never came back...

I feel like ours will get denied and they are just waiting for Christmas and New Year to pass before they tell us the bad news so we don't get bummed out during the holidays.

I donno.

Cause of our culture..religion? Maybe they think we are already married?

Neither of us have birth certificates cause we weren't born in North America, and we don't have any from our country of origin.

Why else would they not approve us by now?

I wonder if anyone knows of the reasons people can get denied...

so my story is this one I applied March of last year for my fiance after 8 months they denied me because i had submitted my I-129f 2 days before my divorce decree was signed. It was granted when i submitted the first time but it wasn't signed by the judge. So i again re applied and i sent in more evidence than last time. I was married but separated after 3 years which mt ex abandoned the house. So that's when i had met my fiancee. Im praying this journey turns out positive for everyone.

So they waited 8 months just to tell you something they could have told you in 6??

And wait times last year were shorter too.

That's cruel.

Wish you all the best this time around.

I truly understand you, but there is no regular order in their job I guess. And in this period we don’t have any control in this. I hope you will soon hear from them!!!

Yes, this is far beyond what anyone could have expected when we started.
