I'd say do it!

Fly down, just have proof of a return flight, and get insurance just in case lol.

The return flight info is the max they have ever asked of me and a work badge (no letter).

I have visited about 6 times this year,. I drove once.

You just have to be honest and sincere. Let them know you will be coming back.

Let them know you miss him and you just want to spend some time with him.

I'm currently trying to find cheap last minute flights for the 22nd, but it's sooo expensive :(

I say do it. My fiancé (the beneficiary) has already begun to disconnect his ties with worth prematurely in anticipation of leaving, what we thought to be much sooner than this at one time. He's already signed his house over to his parents and has paid off his financial obligations there. Honestly, the only reason he hasn't come here or isn't planning to any time soon is so he can save money for the expenses he has coming up on his end. He has to get a bulk of the required vaccinations, which are pricey, and wants to pay for his visa and AOS himself without depending on me. If it weren't for the sake of finances, or either of us were much richer,......he'd probably have been over by now, possibly multiple times, to be honest. Understanding port of entry just depends on the day and the officer, most of the time, the best advice I can give is have proof of a return flight that's already paid for (but still get insurance on it just in case), and be very honest with the questions they ask. Be adamant that you intend to return because the process you are currently in limbo with requires it, and you've come too far to screw it up by entering the country and not going back. Any bills you still have, any utilities or car payments or even a cell phone, I think would also help. It shows you still have loose ends that haven't been resolved and you have to go back and take care of those.

Håll ut, y'all.

Many many people get NOA2 approval in the mail without any updates online. However, RFEs are almost always updated online. After that though the status can still remain as RFE or RFE response received and the case has already been approved without update. So many cases who are still "received" are actually approved! Everyone make sure you have informed delivery and check your mail because you might have something in your mailbox ;)

Actually, we have only seen a handful of those cases.  Maybe just 5 or 6 cases here out of the 60,000 petitions a year.  Not that many actually receive NOA2 in the mail without any online notification.

I would think so! Especially considering these time frames are so much broader than they used to be, for this process. They have to expect people to go a little stir crazy and need to visit one another. Good luck! Try Momondo - that's where we find the cheapest international flights. :)

No kidding.  I wasn't even going to look at it but I wanted to see if they are continuing to update it.  Sure enough, they added two days to it even though the new date was a week ago.  Nothing surprises me with this process anymore.  Late June and early July approvals while June 6 has been sitting with 143 virgins for over a week.  So strange.

I'm not holding my breath.  Things are going to be very slow at USCIS for the next few weeks.  There are the "use it or lose it" people and holidays to deal with.  I really don't get what happened to June 6th.  It is like they lost all our petitions.  I just stopped by the May forum and there are people there in the 210s and 220s still waiting.  None of this makes sense to me.

That makes ZERO sense. I get that it's not going to be in exact chronological order as it was filed, because I imagine it's like any productivity environment where cases are distributed across to multiple works during intake, and some people just work faster than others. But this is crazy. I think the thing that really makes it as frustrating as it is, is that there's never an explanation or accountability any time anyone contacts anyone. I get they could care less about our lives, but this is so outrageous. It IS affecting people's lives - not just relationship wise. It's affecting jobs, housing, everything.
