My positive?

I have a pint of Minter Wonderland Ben and Jerry's in the freezer that's going to get a damn good seeing to. 😐

My sentiments exactly.

The only thing worse than not having our other halves with us for the holidays, as most of us probably thought possible once upon a time?? Not having our other halves with us during the holidays AKA the time of year where anything made with sugar is within arms' reach at all times, and there's more dessert to drown your sorrows in than any other time of the year. :jest:

I baked full batches of three different cookies last night AND two trays of peppermint bark, and made everyone at work think that I intentionally and premeditatedly made it for them when I brought the bulk of it into the office this morning. Because let's be honest, the only reason I did is because I'd most likely eat an entire batch as soon as I get home from work later as a pre-dinner snack. :) "Still no letter??? WELL LET ME JUST EAT THIS ENTIRE TIN OF LEMON COOKIES THEN, BECAUSE THAT'S THE OBVIOUS SOLUTION" - me any time something doesn't go my way.

Håll ut, y'all.

I did push back on that when I called this past week. I said "Please do not tell me about the website again. I am surprised you have that viewable to the public considering it is so outdated that it is useless. I do not care about what cases you were working on months ago, and you and I both know they are working on June cases right now. What you are doing by keeping me separate from my fiance and our son is cruel."

The person just goes silent, but what is there to respond to me anyway? There is nothing for them to say. Perhaps "I am sorry for our incompetence and the increased fees were used to increase management wages instead of adding much-needed adjudicators."

So don't feel bad about not saying anything because I did say something and it didn't result in anything positive for me.

I HATE when they just got silent. They've almost all done it so clearly it's a taught behavior
