Tier 2 told me to wait until February 1st to check my case lol! June 12 Filer 186 days....Tier did advised me to go the congress route because it's a better chance an different route than a basic case status lol.....sigh he also said it's not true that June filers have been approved anext don't believe the app updates that's cr1 lolzzzz!  Wth was in his xmas party drink ?

What the...LOL what drug are USCIS people on? How can they say a different thing everytime you call them!

Give him the WAC numbers of approved cases and tell him to explain that then.

Exactly,he kept saying maam,don't believe what people are saying or the app it's not accurate, he said our website is,accurate I said sir,impossible I know June filers approved he said no maam,their stories are different they not telling you truth because they don't know u to tell you if they are online lol! He basically said that people are making up the approvals an that the app it's for cr1 updated cases ..I said but,even cr1 is in may so how june? He said maam,don't believe that ...Remember many people are stress an can tell you anything just for attention lolzzzz! !!!! And then said we love you an we know you are missing your fiancee the person you love we are sorry call back by feb 1 lol

June 02 here - called on Monday and was told by Tier 2 that my case had been assigned to an adjudicator that day and that I should expect a letter in the mail stating as much. (That seemed unusual.)

 

Friday, no letter, called USCIS, and turns out I have NOT been assigned to an adjudicator. Finally wrote the ol' Congresswoman, but jeez louise this is hard to see hundreds of applications after mine getting approved. I cannot imagine how May filers are coping with this nonsense.

 

Plus the delays with NVC, plus we're Cuba, so who knows when we'll actually get an interview scheduled.

I got this line too - you just gotta say, "it's all public information - you can look up any WAC number you want online." That worked with my Tier 2, but he basically was like, "Fine, but there's still nothing we can do. Check again in 4 weeks."

It seems like they just don't want to be helpful at all. It used to help getting a congressman involved but now they are even getting feedback that caseas are delayed ---so ridiculous!!

@vocaledge I hope that you and all of the rest of the June filers in our group get approvals soon. It seems like the USCIS and NVC are in utter chaos. How are you hanging in there?

Another week in the books. I’m packing to leave Manila without any information at all from USCIS. I work in Government so I know the next 2 weeks will be very short staffed as they face the “use it or lose it” for paid time off. Monday is  our day 195 but I honestly don’t expect much until after the new year. We are looking at day 210 at the earliest. What an amazing roller coaster of a year.  

 

I wish you all good tidings and Merry Christmas, Happy Hanakkah, Happy Kwanza, and Happy Holidays to all!  Thank you for all the support and entertainment and even some of the disagreements. We are truly a big, worldwide family.

My fiance was hoping he could call since he's off work at the moment?  I'm guessing I have to call instead since I'm the petitioner?
