@vocaledgeThank you very much for all the scan and all your help. May the good Lord bless and reward you. I'm June 13th and there have only been two June 13th cases this entire week. it seem like USCIS have jump June 13th for 14th, 15th and 16th. it's very disheartening but never the less, congrats to everyone that have gotten approved and my prayers goes out to the rest of us. God bless

Never to late to talk. You need to talk about how you will move forward without an ultimatum because thats untenable. That said shes just expressing her frustration, dont take it personally.

Im pulling for you buddy I know your disappointed as well, I feel that pressure your feeling

You don't do anything now, Martin.  You wait quietly and contemplate this last conversation, yourself.

Decide how you feel about it...what you need to do to be happy...about it all.

Maybe she is blowing off some steam and will return - give her the space....give yourself some space...

When the notice comes - you will know where you're at and what to do.

There is a reason for this....Good Luck.

I feel sorry for you, but it is a good to have discussion to have with your future spouse.   These are trying times apart and it is difficult.  even approval of this step tomorrow the NVC is taking longer too and then the interview.  Take it easy.  spend time talking about what you want in life.  If it is meant to be it will.  Do not give up, we are all in this because we have met the person we want to be with, it just so happened they are not USCs.   I have already talked with my other if we are not approved what we will do.  first appeals then moving there is a possibility.  If this is the person you are to be with it will happen.  Do not let the stress get to you both.

Try to keep calm, this is definitely a tiring process. Many of us have gone through the same. My fiancé and I have friends that have done k1 and in less than 5 months had Visa in hand. So this wait has affected us all at one time or another. I remember one of our frustrating moments where my fiancé even asked my if I really filed our petition. But it was out of frustration and just missing me and the kids. So try to stay calm, give her time to blow off some steam. Remember the frustration comes from missing eachother through this time apart. Just let her have a day or even 2 to just chill out and calm herself down. But don’t push an argument about something that we cannot control. It’s ok to let some tears fall, don’t keep that bottled up, trust me on that. If you have someone in her country that can help you, send her flowers, something to let her know how special she is to you. When she is calmed down then remind her how special she is and that everyday that passes is one day closer to your forever.

trust me when your day comes, it feel like a huge weight lifted off your shoulders.

hang in there buddy. We praying for you and your approval to come.

I've been here very recently.  Just give your significant other a little space, but not abruptly.   Tell her you're doing all you can and you can't do any more than you have.  Even direct her to this message board so that she can see us all telling you we've been at the same spot.

This is terrible torture for all of us who expected to be getting married by now, with NOA2 in September or October...

When she gets some room to think and breathe, without feeling you abandoned her.... she will realise everything is going to be OK.

We're all here with you.

In other news - they took the server down early lastnight and I didn't get my scan so I have one running now for yesterdays full day results.

Thanks everyone. I told her if ever WE get RFE i will go visit her. and she said "K"

I just want your opinions on this because I am considering this option, but I am not sure I am making the right decision:

What is your opinion on having money saved, moving to your fiance's country, and being together until this process is done?

If you don't have kids go for it. But then think about after the process where would you live with your partner once all is done with? things to think about, I have thought the same and I decided to hold down the forth on this end until he gets here. It's just my Opinion.

if you can afford to do it, and don't have any limitations keeping you from it like a job or kids... DO IT.... If I had the option to do that it would be a no brainer for me. I would be in heaven waiting with him until the interview.. only thing is, make sure you are able to have access to any mail that would be coming to you from USCIS etc....
