she has no idea what she is talking about..  I don't think these reps get any substantial training with processes bec they just look on a screen and try to interpret what they see and make excuses that sound good logically because they really have no idea. not a lick. but it is unfortunate and slightly alarming that no one in Nov has their NVC .........................

I'm actually prone to believe what she's saying because people approved in late october get told by NVC that NVC has no record of receiving their cases. So it's not on NVC but USCIS.

Supposedly tier 2's are supposed to be officers themselves. That said, it's obvious uscis uses that term liberally

yes because back in November when I called about the Sept 1 processing date and asked to have mine reviewed for outside of normal processing time, the Tier 2 officer I spoke to had ZERO idea or info on anything- in fact he almost told me exactly what the customer service rep did who answered my call... I mean, there was no further info whatsoever, nothing. he was just as clueless..... nice, but clueless.............

to be quite frank .... the longer it seems  official immigration will be for my love,  the more I consider putting a trip to Rio on my credit card sometime after the new year and trying to sucker a family member into watching my 2 year old for a long weekend ( I cant ever go more than a few days unfortunately due to my son and my work)  but even to see Jorge for a few days will make ALL THE DIFFERENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I have no PTO now, but hopefully after I accrue some (I am not even sure when I start accruing)  I will weight my options.......................last time I left on a Wednesday night and returned on a Monday and I will do it again.................... (Asa was only 1 1/2 years old so it was tough, but necessary and perfect !)

I am 30, Jorge is 40 - we want 3 kids... time is tickin hAHAHAHAHAH. obviously that's not the only reason I want him here ASAP but I mean..........................

I remembered your number because it's exactly 100 away from mine. I'm 821.

I do hope today is productive, but I don't think I will hear back until end of the year.

Yeah i did the samething my fiance is in the Dominican Republic, but they are approving cases from June 14. Im not sure about Brazil.

The country doesn't have anything to do with when it gets approved. Anything approved after June, most likely expedited. USCIS is just slow and behind and can give no reason why. But hang in there, it will come soon and when you least expect it.

Hello,EVERYONE....i have asked this question multible times, and as far as I know,I haven't gotten a response. So if anyone have any knowledge of thus matter please, inform me. THANKS in advance......I have a job that I have been working for over 6 years,I could be facing a 90 suspension (currently fighting to take off the suspension with my union) If i am suspended,I will STILL be employed, but without pay for 90 days...If we get noa2 withen that time, and and i prove that i make above the required amount of income, will tgey still except it. Even without e months of pay stubs?

I'm praying for us all
