You would be the only one who has your case number.

I don't have it. I just want to know if someone approved after me has it.

How long? What used to take 10 days is now turning into 2 months or more. This is ridiculous, we're paying their salaries the least they could do is inform us.

I don't even know... I thought I was going to have my visa in hand already, and then with all this and then my approval came on Nov 28th so at least I hoped for the nvc number the next two weeks or so. This is the worst thing ever. I'm tired af.

I feel you...With USCIS at least we expected a long wait (even with NOA2 it was surprising) but it's really sad that after the extra long wait for NOA2 now we're all going to be stuck at NVC for god knows how long...

I can't see this being a permanent thing. I think someone really messed up somewhere and they're trying to correct it. Just my theory though

I..don't really know. Check out what someone posted in May filers thread - https://www.boundless.co/blog/you-havent-read-the-2017-uscis-ombudsman-report/

I don't know if this is absolutely legit though.

I hope it's not a permanent thing but it seems to be getting worse.

I still don't understand how literally NO NOA2's were sent for awhile. Did everyone quit?

I have no idea but according to someone who got in touch with a tier 2 agent, they told them that the approved petitions are done with CSC and are just waiting to be sent to NVC because USCIS wants to send them in bulk....

That just makes no sense. Why wait to send already approved petitions? Literally no people approved in November have their case number....

I was told by a tier 2 after being given NOA2 that she 'thinks they send them all

together once a month but I could be wrong'

agreed. its odd that the wait time with NVC is this long, its not the norm regardless of processing times for NOA1... I could be wrong but I believe this is just a temporary issue.  I am going to believe that , at least.

I think it is too, something happened, inadvertently or otherwise. But I don't think it's the new norm

she has no idea what she is talking about..  I don't think these reps get any substantial training with processes bec they just look on a screen and try to interpret what they see and make excuses that sound good logically because they really have no idea. not a lick. but it is unfortunate and slightly alarming that no one in Nov has their NVC .........................

Supposedly tier 2's are supposed to be officers themselves. That said, it's obvious uscis uses that term liberally
