hi

starting the AOS processes just a few questions want to make sure I get everything right

when filling out the paper work do I put in her maiden name the same one on her passport or do I put in her new family name ? (dumb question :blink: )

on the g325a I notice they want an a file number is that the one on her visa starting with A# ?

What ever that she wants on her new green card, if she wants to continue be called by her maiden name that that is what is put on the form, but if she wants to go by her married name then that is what is needed to be put as name and her maiden name goes on other names used line.

The A# may be written on the back side of the I-94, or is on NOA2 of the I-129F

HI there. I'm also in the process of completing my G-325A, and I just want to make sure of one thing. Does my husband (US Citizen) have to complete one too?

Not for AOS, nothing changes with regard to the US Citizen.
