I might be a little behind the times, but does anyone know if there is a recent (meaning like within the last year) forum for specific steps to take after you get a case number from NVC? If anyone knows of anything (or even if there is a UK specific one)...I'd really appreciate if you could send the link to me! 

We are trying to get ahead on anything we can since my fiance is over visiting me right now...good luck to everyone...specially my fellow May filers! xx

Take it from this step on their website - https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/fiancee-2/applying-for-the-visa/

FYI

- you can book the medical once you have your case number by telephone

- if you don’t have the NVC letter, take a screenshot of the case number to your medical

- Allow min 5 working days for your medical results to get to the Embassy 

-NB - London’s US Embassy is relocating mid-January. Check the new address and date of move on the website.

Nope, i sent mine as a pdf which is generally the "offical" way documents are handled. Convert the image to pdf and send it to them or do like a scan to pdf from your scanner if available.  You can use sites like this to covert pic to pdf http://jpg2pdf.com/

I believe the word "Arrived" & "ready" are probably for the case arriving at the local embassy from NVC.

Go to this site and select the country where the interview will be done and it should have the instructions and steps needed after NVC

I waited about a week because I had heard that some people get it in 10 days or so. But it was not the case with May filers sadly. Looks like it took 6-8 weeks for all of us.

Why on my embassy's page says in steps for k1 visa that after case was approved blah blah the form that has to be filled out is ds-260 i was pretty sure it was ds -160 and also says about sending those docs to nvc so they schedule the interview,this page hasn't been updated for idk how long but this seems wrong..and now I'm confused

Atif- sent what to where??? I'm still waiting for a case number is there something I need to be sending to NVC??? @Shoegum
