10/27/2017 NOA2 (Notice Date in the hardcopy)

10/30/2017 NOA2 on USCISAPP/E-mail

12/08/2017 - Reached 6 weeks without any notice from NVC. Time to send the NOA2 copy to NVC and figure out what's going on.

12/18/2017 - NVC receives our case and assigns a number

12/21/2017 - Case headed to Spain Embassy in Madrid

01/02/2018 -  Spain Embassy received our 129f packet

01/08/2018 - Packet READY at Embassy - Received Packet 3

05/18/2018 - 4 months waiting to collect all documents... and then, documents sent to the Embassy.

05/30/2018 - Packet 4 received and interview scheduled.

06/13/2018 - Interview at the Embassy // Approved!
06/19/2018 - Visa Received :)
08/10/2018 - POE Chicago

10/16/2018 - Wedding

I know... yesterday at 2pm eastern time they didn’t have it. So I’m not very hopeful for today, but let’s see. I hope this is our week.

Just got off the phone with a tier 2 from uscis to ask if my case has been sent to nvc. Apparently it’s sent somewhere else once it’s approved. “So when was it sent.” Replies, “we don’t know.”  Lol. Then he gives me the 90 days treatment. At this rate my valid approval notice will expire before the nvc even gives me a case number.

Try back and see if you can find a more helpful one.. they have access to the info, but I think some don't want to help or don't know where to look. When I talked with a tier 2 who told me they finally sent it to NVC on Dec 14th, he had to put me on hold for around 5 minutes while he looked for the info. 

 

The 90 day thing is BS.

Don't trust what they tell you anymore because literally every tier 2 says a different thing. They can't even be consistent with their bs "info". These are some very low standards for a government agency.

@heartinKorea @Meech thanks for the advice. It’s encourgaing. I’ll try again tomorrow. The guy i was talking to already had an attitude when picking up the phone.

I was told mine was transferred to NVC on December 14 as well.
