I have been approved!!! Found the NOA2 approval letter in the mailbox today :D It was approved on December 11th.

 

Online status did not update still shows received, oddly enough it did not show up in my informed delivery email notifications also. 

 

@Trinab80 Check your mailbox if you haven't yet. 

@Naes You were right it would just show up one day without updates.

I'm scared to check my mailbox because when I called them Thursday they said my case was still pending and I don't want to get my hopes up if it's not there. 

 

But I'm truly happy for you! One step closer for you and your fiance!!!!

ROC Filing:

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

6/9/2021 -  Biometrics waived - Case updated to Fingerprints taken

CONGRATULATIONS @Shoegum I wish ours would be like that too. We're  May 30 filer. 6335 last four digit.   Did your case number didnt appear on your scans? Now you're approved,  no one's going to update us with the approvals :( when did you get the hard copy?

The Senator got a update on the 5th it was still pending background check, you never know. Check your mail :)

I keep checking my mail everyday too.  Hope it doesn't show up without warning while I'm gone to see her rest of year now.  My senator said for me to wait and that was around same time as you mentioned.

I got a letter from USCIS but it's the letter responding to my inquiry I put in back in November. Talk about playing with my emotions. 

 

Oh well...congrats to you again!!!

ROC Filing:
