Hi everyone! We are 198 days today, May 30 received date. We made an inquiry through email for 5times now  and we did try calling numerous times too, we got the same answer that our case is currently being adjudicated and that we'll hear something within 45 days.  Is there any other May 30 filers here?  :'( I'm the beneficiary from Philippines. I see many approvals in June , I hope they will priotize May cases before June. I'm not against with June approvals though but for fairness sake, I wish they would.

I'm May 26th NoA1, still waiting for Noa2!  My congressman received the same answer... wait 45 days... you are still within normal processing time.  I don't get how it's possible to NOT be able to obtain ANy information... at this point I feel like we might be waiting until after Christmas...

I'm May 26th too.  My congressman said the same thing and senator too.  Said wait 30-45 days from November 27th because on adjuicator's desk.  That's too long in my opinion.  They should follow weekly and through NVC to make sure smooth.

I agree!  30-45 days is way too large of a range!  That's a month and a half... and we are already at almost 7 months... smh.. this whole process is so dehumanizing.

I have two approval date i don't have any idea which date will i consider. NOVEMBER 7 but NOA2 didn't arrived (Document was returned to USCIS) the other one was DECEMBER 5 still no NOA2 until now. I already did everything, my fiance already called USCIS. But sadly, we didn't get answer to our inquiry. This is so fraustrating and confusing. I don't know what to do now.

It might just be a coincidence but I talked to a tier 2 adjudicator after waiting 23 days from RFE received. I was very polite and told him I understood some of the complications they have. He didn't tell me much except my case was being reviewed but I got my approval notice the next day.

Thanks for the info, I actually spoke with a tier 2 today, she was very helpful actually, she told me that if I do not here anything by the end of this month to call back and they can submit a request for action since it has been 7 months since my first Noa, which is according to her the length of time the visa should be approved or denied. Hopefully I will hear something soon!

Thanks, I called last week and again today, talked to tier 2 both times. The lady today told me if I do not hear anything by the end of the month to call back and they will submit a request. Hopefully I hear before that!

my worry start again, We were approved december 13, they sent an email, but we haven't received the NOA2 letter, hardcopy... OMG, i hope i won't wait that long.

Ours took about 8 days to receive the hard copy.
