I'm worried that since USCIS is waiting so long to send the cases, it'll create a big backlog at NVC when when finally send everything over. They act like they're doing us some kind of favor instead of respecting the fact that we are paying customers who deserve some kind of standards with the service they provide. I was so relieved to be done with dealing with USCIS for now when we got our NOA2 but now they wanna hold our cases hostage. I've had it up to here with their incompetent, inconsiderate asses.

These are my feelings exactly. I was glad to get the NOA2 just to be out of USCIS's world for a bit; they fact they hold our petitions so long just makes it seem like they try to screw us over as much as possible

" The report concludes: “Customer-reported adjudication delays, coupled with the agency’s 1.5 million case backlog, reflect that USCIS is currently unable to meet its processing time goals, and unlikely to do so in the near future.” "

...

Oh.

Lol we could've written that report tbf

Well I mean there has to be a reason why they're doing it, right? I'm just mad because they don't give us any info at all and we're just left guessing. Just when you think the wait is over they're like "Wait, there's more!

Yeah, sure something happened, it's not like an organization like this just stops working for no reason. But I've no idea what it could be

Too many people applying can't be affecting how long they wait to send approved petitions to NVC, can it? I don't think it's that...

I don't either, because you'd still get a flow of people clearing NVC it would just take longer. I could be wrong but it seems like the flow just stoped altogether

It has stopped...They're sending petitions approved in late October to NVC just now.

Yeah so it seems like there was a complete and total cessation. That is a big big thing in an organization like this and definitely indicative of something

Look at the US politics. You will find some clues there....

This NVC Thing is just crazy! I-129F approval notice is valid for 3 months? and nvc # can take up to 90 days, then what? an extension of thw I-129 F will have automatically of we have to file for an extension? even if the case # is received lets say in 60 days! means we will have 30 days to do all the consular processing including interview which may o may not be scheduled on time!

I don't think that has anything to do with it

Exactly, does uscis want to have to do these all over again? It's amateur hour over there apparently

According to a tier 2 agent USCIS will extend NOA2s due to their failure to meet processing time goals.
