I don't wanna say negative but why are people.waiting for Dec 16 to change to June to file inquiry? This process makes no sense we filed inquiry almost a month ago and 20 days ago they said yes our case is outside the normal.processing time and they are currently working on it..definitely seems inquiry makes no sense. And yes they told us to wait 45 days and we should get notice of action by then..seriously? 45 days more when our case is already a month outside the normal processing time. All I learnt from this process is that no matter how persistent I was with emails, inquiry and calls..all we can literally do is wait..Some will get lucky some will not but nothing we do will make them take our case and review it ugh..I pray we all get approval today, we definitely deserved it.Good luck everyone

Perhaps the wait now will help you avoid the wait from NOA2 to NVC🙂

Very odd. Call USCIS, give them both dates and ask them to confirm your official NOA2 date in their system.

At the end of the call, ask again the name and employee number and state to them it is for documentation purposes.

It does not make sense that they can approve again after the initial approval.

Im gonna bet that November 7th is your official date

good luck

I was hoping that would be the case with everyone that got approved later but...I don't know, has NVC ever been this slow before?
