I didn't get noa2 but from what I've read it should be easier.

You have everything ready. it is obvious you will go back to the interview and medical even if they ask.you already went through the legal way and wait the wait.

However don't take too much documents or things that may make them think you're moving there. Have noa2 copy on your phone so you can show.

This is how I think I hope you can find some example (did you check the "Yes you can visit" topic?)

Thanks! I just checked the topic and found someone that mentioned a few months ago they visited with the interview scheduled and it went smooth. Here's the page for anyone that wants to check it.

Well...today makes it my 200th day of waiting for my NOA2. Praying that today I get it but usually Fridays are not really a high productive day for USCIS.

Tomorrow, we're supposed to get our first snow here in Delaware and I keep thinking to myself that Reni was supposed to be here with me already and I should be watching his reaction to seeing snow in person for the first time.

10 more days from now it will be 7 months of waiting and while I don't want to think negative about making it that long without getting it, I really see no end to this wait game and probably won't get my approval before Christmas.  I don't know why this is happening this way and I'm done with calling USCIS to hear the same thing over and over.

I'm just tired and it's hurts like hell.

I feel the same way exactly and hate hearing be patient..it's so hard and we are both having issues sleeping lately..200 days for me too, and don't wanna call them anymore..I will probably hear something next week, but can't even be positive about it either..especially cause whenever it comes now it already ruined all our plans..so I'm just done with it..Seems we should have applied in June to get it sooner so done with USCIS

Hi Friends,

I wanted to give another NVC update.  I'm thinking with the delayed times we should keep communicating with each other as much as possible.

We just passed the end of week 5 of waiting yesterday.  When I called on Monday, a guy names Nick informed me that they receive "like literally truck-fulls" of mail everyday and that's why it's taking so long.  Tonight I was talking to a different person...I think Paula was her name.  She was the first one to mention to me that I need to prepare to send in my NOA2 next week so they could investigate for me.  I then said, "Ok, Paula. You know we I-129f folks talk.  I know that the people the week before our NOA2 approval (i.e. the week of October 25th) got their NVC number roughly two weeks ago.  I also know nobody from November has been processed.  You're starting to freak me out.  Where are our cases?"  Paula laughed in a good-nature way and said she knows we talk.  She then said that USCIS sends the NOA2s to them in batches, and sometimes that's just how these things fall. She said it's possible we just caught in the next batch.

So I find this interesting that some people are being told they're receiving mail everyday, and I've heard from "Paula" and other sources that they're sent in batches.  Perhaps they wait to send a batch of i129fs every 6 weeks and they sent the last one just before the final week of October?  If so, then our cases should be sent on Friday, December 15th. Thoughts?

Im skipping calling yesterday and today and I'll give it a chance: I hope our cases are received next week. Also, I'm expecting the worst. You guys realize that all people from mid april to end of may-june were caught in one of the biggest delays USCIS ever had (at least regarding the fiancé visa). My biggest  concern is that probably all of us are going to be delayed when applying for AOS. That's all. Probably we must wait for the AOS when we arrive for a year or so? PLEASE I WANNA BE WRONG but it seems this way...

However, I have to say that all of you are being a great support. Thank you and stay strong! We are almost done!! :)

I'm sorry for your wait... you know the less expected day you two will hear about the NOA2, I'm sure. I'm tired too but we cannot let this process defeat us. We are doing this for the RIGHT REASON! (Him or her, our significant others!!!)

I see May updates being posted. I pray that yours comes in today, no later than Monday. I've watched u and have been crossing my fingers that ur approval comes thru.

BTW, what part of Jamaica is ur honey in?

The bright side of all of this is u will  be spending the holiday with him in that tropical paradise. Unfortunately I won't be able to visit Nigeria to see my honey before he gets here. I thought I would have him here by January but from the looks of things and the pace of NVC he won't be here before March😔.

Just know my fingers are crossed for u guys.

Case Received May 18th.  Waiting for NOA2 for 204 days now.  This is like a cruel and unusual Bingo game.  I thought I'd be getting married in December
