did u get any response on your case tho?

Nope nothing from NVC, They claim USCIS hasn't even sent the case to them yet. But when I emailed them at NVCResearch, they said they would work with USCIS to make sure my case is moving forward. I really hope they are.

I was wondering if anyone managed to find a way to provide chat logs as proof of relationship. We use Viber for chatting and FaceTime Video / Audio for talking. Both of these technologies don't seem to have a clean way of exporting that data into easily printable format. I am kind of thinking about evidence that need to be provided during interview.

If you go under more in viber.  Then settings. Then calls and messages. You can then email it to you and print it. Thats what i did

Yup! After 2 days and this is what they said:

Dear Sir/Madam:

The National Visa Center received your inquiry and the attached I-797 Notice of Action - Approval Notice. Unfortunately we do not have a record of receiving your approved petition from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

NVC will work with USCIS to determine the location of your petition. We will let you know when we have more information. You do not need to take any action at this time. Thank you for your patience as we work with USCIS to ensure your case is moving forward.

Is there ANYONE who got approved in November that has their NVC number already? This is getting kind of ridiculous with people waiting 40 days. I'd understand if it was an anomaly but it clearly isn't.

Hi everyone, I am a July filer and I have a question regarding visiting your fiance once you've received your NOA2. Has anyone visited after receiving approval?

I am contemplating visiting my fiance in early February and we may have your documents approved late January, so it still wouldn't have reached the embassy and would take a while for everything to be ready, but I am wondering if it would be an issue. I've visited after filing (NOA1) without any problems but not sure once you get the NOA2.

Thanks!

You can visit on an ESTA I have visited twice already and about to visit again I am a May filer and mine still has not been approved
