Yes NVC back up and running. NOA2  2/18. Called and Representative gave me my case and Invoice Number today 2/13. That’s 13 Days so that great. He said to give it 2-3 days before doing the DS-160 and making the payment at the bank. 😀

@Trinab80 and @TeeSam I’m still here waiting with you guys and Thank Goodness NVC is moving just in time to have us move right along and not be stuck again. Hopefully this week ❤️

My dates were all off sorry. NOA2  Feb. 8 and Case Number Feb. 20. Actually 12 days. Geesh I was tired last night.

I doubt that this is the week I get anything from USCIS. In fact, I'm sure I'm not getting anything before this month is over. Not being a pessimist, just being a realist. I'm just over the whole thing!

Good luck to you on the rest of your journey!

I really truly understand, I’m so sorry.

Hello Guys! Question! My fiancee interview is scheduled for Feb 28. I want to know we're any of u required to show chat logs or phone call history?? Our chat long is over 1867 pages in word!!! Also did u need to show recent pictures other than the ones originally submitted??

Please advise? And thank u a million for all your help and support

It might vary depending on the officer/country and the amount of evidence you provided initially, but at my interview I wasn't asked for anything like that. They only really cared about police certificate, birth certificate, and i-134.

That's insane lol dont even take it to the interview. What I did was: I printed one screen of conversation per month, so I had like 15 pages max. They never asked.

Me and now husband, never took a lot of pics before, so I sent about 10 pics in our petition, I took the same pics to tbe interview, again.. never asked me.

as said above, they only cared about my documents and affidavit of support.

Grrrr. I got my Packet 4 letter, sign up for the online system and get to the part where I enter my DS-160. It says "NUMBER ALREADY TAKEN." Unlike the couple of situations I'm reading online about this, I didn't make an error and try to resubmit. This is my first time. What do!

I've never heard of this either.

You're using the alpha-numeric number on your DS160 confirmation, right...? The one on the sheet with the barcode?

Yes. The solution was to submit a new DS-160. People have done that in the past without issue if you haven't paid the visa fee (which I hadn't) and hadn't reported to the interview (obviously not.) At least the DS-160 application was intelligent enough to let me duplicate it, so I was able to generate a new barcode by working through the application again (filling in a couple spots that were missing for some reason.)

All good, interview booked.

I wonder if someone here got flagged for tuberculosis testing during medical? We did :(

The problem is that they want to do a test where liquid from longs is used for testing  and it takes TWO MONTH to get results :(:(

There are other tests, like blood or skin test that take at most a couple of days, but no they can't do that :(

This wait just continues on and one. Every time there is something new. So frustrating!

NOA1 - May 22

NOA2 - Dec 1

NOA2 Hard copy received - Dec 6

NVC received - Jan 18

NVC Case # assigned - Jan 29

Embassy receives documents (NVC status is READY) - Jan 31

Medical Exam - Feb 21

Interview - Feb 27

long wait due to government incompetence realized in 2 month testing for TB

POE - May 22
