We got APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!

Didn't update app again!  Just came in mail.  Approved Jan 26th.  Mailed Jan 29th.  USPS never showed coming either on their informed delivery.

I'm still gonna be around till everyone is done!  This place has been great!  Never thought it would be such a great place with such amazing people here!  Everyone is so helpful!  I'm gonna need a lot of help on next steps.  I'm blurry on NVC and when everything is to happen.

Congrats!! One down, 4 to go!!

Yep I’m still here waiting 5/17 and still nothing !! Better to have gotten married and not have to wait for AOS and all that 😩. Anywho let’s hope the few remaining make a mad dash to the finish line. @JohnAna05823 CONGRATULATIONS 🍾🎉🎊

I'm hoping y'all do!  Do contact congressman and senators.  Send screenshots showing y'all are past date of processing.  They get response from her than we do calling by about a week I found.   I'm always hoping for y'all all the time!

Been a while since I've checked in. Busy getting ready to go to Cambodia for our Interview. Leaving today.

This is not the end but a THANK YOU to everyone who has shown love and encouragement on this site. It has definitely helped hardened my resolve to keep going no matter what.

Hi! I've got a question about the i134. The embassy provided an OLD i134 for us to fill out - I asked, and they said to fill out the new one. Fine, no problem. However, the instructions that they provided state that they need "a statement from an officer of a bank regarding his or her account, the date the account was opened, and the present balance". The new form states that they ALSO want the total amount deposited for the past year.

My issue - my banks are being very difficult about putting together a letter that includes the total amounts deposited. Does anyone have any advice here on what their letters included (or didn't) that were acceptable?

Thanks!

if you tell the bank you need it for immigration purposes and you need the amount deposited in the past 12 monhts, they usually know and they will mail you the letter to your home (at least thats what my bank did); but the consulate didn't even collect it from my fiance - they only wanted the tax transcripts and w2 (Mumbai consulate; YMMV)

For only page 5 out of 8, you need wet sign from your petitioner. And combine with black and white copy of other pages. I passed with above getting advice from our immigration attorney.

I called the US Embassy in London to see if my case has been received (due to CEAC tracker being down, and my case being sent out 1 week ago), the guy said yes, so I asked "wait, you've received it" for clarity, and he said I should have received an email. I asked again "so you've received my case and I should have received an email?" then he started yelling at me about how I shouldn't call and ask and he cannot tell me -_- kthanks

I'm worried about how long I will have to wait for my interview, as if it is outside of February, I will be homeless for a few weeks  do I book my appointment when CEAC states "ready", or upon receipt of email/letter? To be honest, I hate calling people as it is and the agent just confused me more...

What number did you call to reach London Embassy? My fiance and I are trying to reach them to fix his middle name and we can't find a number and they won't email us back.

This is my case but when CEAC tracker got 'ready' I started to input and submit DS-160. Right after that, I went to local embassy's visa interview appointment web site and could pay fee and book interview day which was even before the packet came to my place from the embassy. Both my fiancé (petitioner) and our immigration attorney in US  have not got any letter after NVC sent to embassy which seems to be abnormal way.

This was my case in Tokyo so not sure if it's same but FYI.
