Thank you for your reply.

Bout the letter from employer. Im planning on having it signed by my manager without the date then have my fiancee put the date when shes ready. You think thats a good idea?

When should the beneficiary send this docs to the embassy?

It depends where you're coming from. As far as I'm aware, they send all docs to you and you take those to the embassy on your interview date

Yeah, we missed one tick-box on our form and they wanted more evidence. I dont think it was worthy of a NOID but

Yes, I see, but at least you could deal with that and everything is good now.

To anyone who can help:

We received our case number and have been informed that our case has been expedited to the Frankfurt embassy. I know that the next steps are ds-160, health check, interview, but how do I necessarily go about doing these things?

-We just filled out the Ds-160 form and printed the confirmation page, but didn't see anywhere where it said to pay for it? So, how do we pay for it?

-how can I schedule the interview and how long after the health check can we schedule the interview?

Thanks!

Book interview - leave 1 week from doctor's date to allow for documents to be sent from docs to your embassy

Hi guys... i don't have my nvc # yet but i just want to go a step ahead, what's the difference between DS-160 and DS-260? and which one is the one we as K1 Filers should be doing? and what's the different between the 160 and 260?

DS-160 is for K1 fillers. The DS-260 is for IR1/CR1 filers.

Has anyone else had issues completing the DS-160 today?  I have tried multiple times and after the first page of personal information, it said that my session timed out.  I tried logging back in and it keeps saying my session timed out.  I have tried opening the application on multiple browsers and even creating 2 new applications but each time it says my session has timed out.  Have any of you experienced the same?

So I hope to get approved in a few weeks after receiving a RFE from the California service center. My question is , has the timeline gotten any better  being transferred  from NOA2 to the NVC processing center ? Last I heard it was 60 days? I checked the spread sheet and a lot of profiles haven't been updated yet.

Is there anyone here who got an experience where their status on CEAC is already "issued" and then went back to "administrative processing"? If so, what happened to your case and how did you resolved it?

My fiance and I went to the US Embassy-Manila last Jan.16 for my interview and we got approved. We were given a white slip of paper for the numbers to call and was instucted to follow up on the status of my passport then the consul took and kept it after he said that we are approved.

Jan 17 our status changed to "administrative processing" then Jan 19 its updated to "issued". We called the number indicated on the white slip of paper that happens to be the US Embassy Manila Call Center and asked if my passport will be forwarded to the courier that Friday or Monday. They said it should be in transit in 2-3 days. So we got excited coz my fiance had a mistake of booking our tickets on Jan 25 (he soooo wanna go home, lol! He's Been here since 2016). We thought we'd still be able to fly Jan 25 since there's enough time to get the CFO sticker. We even went to Quezon City last Tuesday to work on our dogs export permit (flying with our 2 chihuahuas) since their papers are date-sensitive and only valid 5 days before the date of flight.

Here's the problem: Jan 23 after we are done processing the dogs permit from Bureau of Animal Industry in Quezon City, which is by the way 2 hrs away from my house plus the horrible traffic, we checked the status of my passport and it was back to "administrative processing" so my fiance and I got worried and called the call center and got no help or even an explanation on whats happening. My fiance called the US Embassy Manila directly and spoke to someone who told us that the reason was because my k2 visa is lacking documents, which is absurd because my daughter is not coming with us thats why i never submitted any documents for her. The person at the embassy told us that there's a note on my case stating that someone at the call center called me and asked me if my child is coming with us and I said yes. I told him that thats a complete lie coz no one called me back from the embassy or thier call center and that my child is not coming with us to the states because she chose not to. Shes 16 y/o and we gave her the right to decide, even before we started my processing k1, where she wants to finish highschool and she chose to stay with my parents here and just visit me and her future stepdad in the US during school breaks.

Now we have to call them back today 8am manila time to see if they even printed my visa yet coz they will need 2 days to clear it before shipping. We ended having to rebook our tickets manila to san fran, cancel our hotel reservation at san fran which was a welcome-back gift from his grandma, rebook our san fran to seattle flight, and redo all of the dogs documents. We need to be in seattle in on before Feb 3 to sign our lease agreement or else we will lose it and the reservation fee. Rebooking alone cost us $700 and we still have other s#!+ to pay at the airport and our vehicle once we reach seattle.

Sorry for the long horror story. I just need to vent and at the same time ask for advice.

Thanks guys

Hey Guys....here is an update on my case currently....

Just got off the phone with Tier 2 who I have to say was very nicest compared to my last 4 experiences with Tier 2. I went from calling once a week to now 1 every other week after my non-information service request response back on 1/10.

The Tier 2 rep said that while yes my case is still pending but she can see that on 1/12 my case was moved out of the "last phase" of the review process and is now in queue for an adjudicator to review so I am very close to getting a decision. She said I can call back in 2 weeks if I don't have anything by then and then put in a service request but she recommended not to put one in right now since my case has moved over from whatever the department name she said it was previously in and is now in queue to reviewed and decided.

Please continue to keep Reni and I in prayer in hopes that we get something before the month is over! Thank you all so much for your continued support!

This will be your month!!!

Ill pray for you and Reni and I know it will be soon. You deserve an Approval
