If I was you I would send everything because maybe next Time your case is reviewed by another officer and you'll get another rfe. If you don't have more pictures send chatlogs, boarding passes from your previous visits. We also wrote a timeline of our relationship And added proof for most dates. 

You don't have to send the passport pages if you send your birth certificate

if the embassy will ask for a new letter of intent you'll have to send it to your beneficiary

It was correct on the NOA1, now have to email them copy of passport and wait again. This is just dumb, they cannot simply just look at the passport copy which was already provided have to send it again by email.

 

Why penalize us for their mistake entering it wrong. :angry:

The same thing literally just happened to us....so frustrating!!! I called and they also have our case number but won't give it to me because the beneficiary's date of birth is not correct. I just emailed them and attached a copy of the birth certificate and passport. I am so sorry you are experiencing this too. Let us know when you hear something!

We both got the email from the embassy in Kiev, giving instructions to interview. But more like a little information and a link to the website with what they need to be brought.

Embassy receives documents (NVC status is READY) - Jan 31

long wait due to government incompetence realized in 2 month testing for TB

Good evening guys.Our Noa2 was 11th January.I know it will take few weeks untill we receive the NVC number.Since we were expecting the hole process will take less time I (the beneficiary) prepared the paperwork for the interview wich includes the police clearances from the country i used to leave and work.Problem is, it was valid for 3 months only.Should i try to renew it?It took 2 months to obtain in the first place.I want to add i have never travel back and i will also have the police clearances from my country.I am thinking since i never gone back is logical i couldn't have any criminal issues.What do you guys think?Congratulations to thoes that recived NOA2/NVC.And hold on to thoes still waiting.

Will do, it is crazy why they cannot simply open copy of the passport or birth certificate they already have and fix their issue. Instead having us to send it again.

The new form I-129 F doesnt need the G-325

I just called them, and gave them the birthday and they gave me the case number.

Yesterday my fiancé Received NVC letter in mail. Took 10 days since NVC assigned case number Jan 12.

I called yesterday to consulate and they told me they have my case but it takes up to 2 weeks to send me the email with instructions and that I can schedule my interview.

So I did, interview date Feb 21, waiting on email to go through with medical examination since in Dominican Republic we don't need to make an appointment.

Received email from consulate. Im going to  the medicals second week of Feb

What number are you called @Shoegum ... Ive been wating since the 17th and now these fools give me a different number with option 5 and now im on hold with them... grrrr :angry:
