Hi all - my case went to in transit on the 17th, medical booked for the 7th. does anybody know how long these cases stay in transit for? I can't find it on the DHL tracking.

Mine has been in transit for a few days too. How did you get a DHL tracking number?

There was a post on here a while ago, about using the date they sent it in a certain format to look on the DHL website,

Ah darn I just tried. No luck. Maybe they don’t do the numbers like that anymore, that post was from 2011. Waiting game continues.

Good Morning, again called in the morning and still no number. NVC received Jan 10

What did they say the delay was. Over 10 days now after received doesn't seem reasonable. Looks like they may be pushing that 2 week limit. My attorney emailed the embassy and the embassy sent me and attorney a reply that they sent a notice to expedite to NVC. Seems like every time I have had my attorney do something she makes a call or email and things happen within days. Shouldn't make a difference but sure does seem that way to me, good attorneys seem to know how and when and who to call to get something done. Just getting them to do something is another story. Mine has been really good along this journey and even though told me to wait so time longer before making inquiries usually did so before I had to call back and things just happened to move afterwards.

"The U.S. Embassy in KYIV, UKR approved your request for expedited processing of your immigrant visa application. The National Visa Center sent your petition to this U.S. Embassy for their action. The Embassy will contact you soon to schedule a visa interview." This is the reply I got from the embassy. It might be worth a shot to email them and ask them if they have it.

Did anyone get a letter from USCIS after receiving a hard copy for NOA2?

I have informed delivery, and it shows a letter coming from them. It's really weird though, since my fiance already has his interview scheduled and did his medical yesterday. Anyone have an idea what the letter could be about? I don't want to get nervous, but it seems weird that I'd get something from them at this stage.

I do not, the attorney just told me that she emailed the embassy after the holidays and that may be the reason for my delays and the embassy replied to both of us by email. It took 1 day to get a return email 2 additional days to get a response to the request. Maybe just our case was moving and I was impatient and just a day or so ahead of myself or not, sure didn't hurt my feelings though to ask.
