Yeah I did. Last week they told me to call this week. This week they tell me to call next week. The process seems endless and it's making me crazy. Why haven't they assigned any numbers or processed any I-129Fs in days???

With their stupid logic we should have applied later to be approved sooner, this all makes no sense, how can a case that was filed almost a month after me be touched and ours is still not ugh nothing this week either..going over 200 days..so disappointed that we have no rights and even inquiry makes no sense and doesn't help..

They told me that this Friday it should arrive and if it doesn’t that NVC would start asking USCIS about the case but how about... I don’t trust USCIS or NVC either at this point ;D

Guys so tomorrow will be 6 weeks waiting for my case number. I keep calling day and night and NOTHING at NVC. So i emailed NVCRESEARCH and got this response back: I honestly don't know what is going on. Why hasn't USCIS sent our petition yet?!

The National Visa Center received your inquiry and the attached I-797 Notice of Action - Approval Notice. Unfortunately we do not have a record of receiving your approved petition from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

 

NVC will work with USCIS to determine the location of your petition. We will let you know when we have more information. You do not need to take any action at this time. Thank you for your patience as we work with USCIS to ensure your case is moving forward.

I really hope it arrives by Friday for you. That would be 6 weeks exactly. But it concerns me that no one has received any updates recently.. according to @Shoegum's tracker, the last day someone got an update from NVC was Nov 30... why aren't they working in Dec

This is too weird. It just feels so UNFAIR that we’ve waiting the NOA2 for SO LONG and now even the “smooth” part of the process is going this way. I just want to have my visa in hand to leave my job and start preparing to be with my fiancé and future husband. This waiting is killing me. I’ve been with him last time in August and I miss him so much. Hope we all May filers have luck soon, guys.

I don't know if that actually worked but

 

first time my fiancé started calling uscis

we got an RFE right away

 

now he called uscis many times again as 15 days passed since they received our RFE response and we got approval

 

That doesn't look like coincidence 😉

Has anyone been able to figure out an estimation of time from NOA2 to NVC#. I see people who received NOA2 in October still waiting. My princess and I were approved (NOA2) November 10th. I am trying to be patient here but this is getting ridiculous. It is bad enough to wait for NOA2...but now we have to worry about our case expiring if we do not get everything completed by the date listed on the NOA2 notice. PLEASE, if you have a good estimation of when the NVC#'s have been coming, let me know...thanks as always guys.
