now it feels a bit easier cause the calculation is 4 to 6week to deliver case to NVC+4 to 6weeks for NVC, 2-3 weeks till interview. And it is not 190+days anyway. ✌️😉

First NOA: 2017-5-16

RFE notice: 2017-11-06

RFE hard copy received: 2017-11-6

RFE reply: 2017-11-18

RFE notice USCIS received: 11-28-2017

NOA2: 2017-12-06.

Ok I'm done

But something tells me your crystal ball is right. I have this strange feeling that I'm gonna get my NOA2 this week too!!!!

 

If not...you'll have to get an exchange and get a bigger, better crystal ball!!!! hahahaha

Well they do seem to be approving a lot of us who were left over, so hopefully you guys are next!

I don't know if it's a coincidence or not but I tried to not check the website and apps the day we got approved and it really caught me by surprise. :huh: If only I'd known earlier :D So maybe it could work for you too haha

Yup I'm still around. Case stuck in Admin Review at embassy Level . I'm sure they will get around to looking at it before NEXT year is over .

 

Yeah really hope this is your week.

Ball smashing is NOT on my list of favorite things to do.:bonk::bonk:

12/08/2017 - Reached 6 weeks without any notice from NVC. Time to send the NOA2 copy to NVC and figure out what's going on.

12/18/2017 - NVC receives our case and assigns a number

12/21/2017 - Case headed to Spain Embassy in Madrid

01/02/2018 -  Spain Embassy received our 129f packet

01/08/2018 - Packet READY at Embassy - Received Packet 3

05/18/2018 - 4 months waiting to collect all documents... and then, documents sent to the Embassy.

05/30/2018 - Packet 4 received and interview scheduled.

06/13/2018 - Interview at the Embassy // Approved!
06/19/2018 - Visa Received :)
08/10/2018 - POE Chicago

10/16/2018 - Wedding

I've actually been checking both apps faithfully all day today. I think the one adjudicator that has my case is the same one that worked/reviewed WAC# 1790339586 (case approved on 12/4) and WAC# 1790339588 (RFE on 12/5). I don't want to overthink it but based on the pattern (because the other cases in between these two were already worked/reviewed in November) my case is next up for them to review. All cases after my WAC# are I-130 cases. So, if logic played a role, I should hear something today or definitely before the week is over. We'll see if my theory is correct.

How was her interview? I see you have it on your timeline for 11/7? It's been sitting in AP that long?
