Its counter intuitive but "Document sent" means a piece of mail was returned as undeliverable back to uscis. "Document was returned" is actually different Im struggling to remember but it was worse than just a wrong address situation, I cant remember exactly to help you though, except to say you need to call uscis and talk to a tier 2 to clarify. I got to a tier 2 by saying I need to see what address was on file. tier 1s cant see your address on file so it gets you to the next level.

NOA1 received date is May 23rd

 

RFE Response received by USCIS

ROC Filing:

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

Country is Philippines

NOA1 received date is May 25th - CASE APPROVED

 

No country listed just say USA

NOA1 received date is May 23rd - CASE APPROVED

 

Country is Haiti

NOA1 received date is May 16th - CASE APPROVED

ROC Filing:

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

Guys!!! We've just got approved!!! 

NOA1 - May 24

15 days after RFE response received

NOA2 - December, 6

 

my fiancé called them 3 times yesterday but never spoke to the tier 2, just left a request. 

And today we've been approved!!! I am sure it is worth calling them day and night!!!

I'm wondering why it seems like no one has received a case number this week from NVC... it almost seems like they are not processing fiance visas or something. Like they are prioritizing some other visa type temporarily... I hate to speculate but before this it seemed more consistent, but we really haven't seen updates in several business days. Or maybe they are still processing but the lucky recipients are not on VJ? I've posted in 2 different Facebook groups as well, but everyone past 10/26 seems to be forgotten. :wacko:

I know your feeling, I honestly didn’t hope until last night, because over 150 of 22th were still waiting and no touched almost every day!!! Really frustrated!!! 

I just hope you will be soonest!!!
