Got an RFE for passport style photos!  Are you serious!!!!  I had them each in envelope separate behind the G-135A for each of us!!!  This is some BS!  The envelopes we're stapled to a blank sheet of paper!  All was in two hole punch so nothing would get lost!  They're making stuff up!

Can I use same pictures sent first time?

Make sure to use the photo tool:

https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/passports/content-page-resources/FIG_cropper.swf

then use this and then print out a standard 4x6  which will have 4 photos on it - guaranteed to their specs

Yep!  I just hope they don't wait a month to approve once they receive.  I'm going to be near 11-12 months by finish!  Just crazy!

So it's ok to resend and they'll take them?

no, you have to submit the correct size. and proportions of the subject matter as well. you can google exact specs. not the same as passport requirement that differ by country. (brazil passport picture requirements are to big for 129f requirements for example)

So it's not same as US passport photo requirements?  2 x 2 with head 1" to 1 3/8" in size?

It is disgusting!  By this point if we haven't cancelled to get refund they need to approve unless valid reason.  Even photos being off slightly in size but meet her country size shouldn't be means for issue.

Yeah, trying to be positive.  Just really didn't expect something so simple after all this wait.  Expected an approval.  Just hope NVC gets fixed soon so it's not 3 months more plus interview and stuff.

Hope you'll hear soon too!  Really want us all to be done soon! Such a hard process!

Thank God, LOL!

I came back to the thread to see if you were going to just re-submit the same size photos or use the correct 2x2 sized photos. If you'd said you were going to re-submit the same ones, I was going to beg you to get the correct-sized 2x2 photos done, haha!

Because I'd hate to see you RFE'd again, or, heaven forbid, denied over some passport photos.

Yes just get through this next little bit...just grit the teeth and get through it. You guys will make it now!

Best of all, you're  nearer to the end than the beginning. All of the May and June filers are!

Over the last few months I've come to care for folks here, even if I don't always say anything. This whole thing has been one enormous, shared roller-coaster ride that I'm never going to forget :P

Yeah, I decided to have her take a pic when she wakes up and send to me so I can edit it.  I'll print them tomorrow.  The other photos I had were a lot smaller (like 1.5" x 1.75").  Surprised they didn't just say wrong size and not that I didn't submit them (of course so small likely missed seeing them :jest:).  Just still a long road ahead while they relook at it and then NVC then everything else.

Yeah, I've come to care for everyone in here too!  Need like one big May Filers gathering with everyone there to celebrate, lol!  Be just crazy all the stories we'd all have about waiting and the roller coaster and how our fiancée's feel and everything.  Just hoping we all finish this month with NOA2s, it's been too long and a lot of us would be near the K3 route by this point.

Good if it's anything but an intent to deny! 😂 I'm really nervous!  I'm wishing us all get finished this month!  Did you file an inquiry when they updated to June cases?

hihihihi, it is not going to be an Intent to deny, so lets wait.

My fiance called them and did the inquiry, they said we need to wait 30 days for an answer, so we are waiting:wacko:

OMG, well at least is a RFE and it is an easy one, the good part is that now you know that they didnt lose your case and they are working on it, I wish the rest of us that still waiting can receive something soon.

So hurry up and send those photos, I suppose you could use the same one.

Good Luck!!
