Yeah, I'm happy about that just can't believe they did that when they have it and could be another month to update again based on some people who got RFE.  I sure hope not!

Only send what they asked for. They're not questioning the validity of your relationship. Send the passport photos back so you can get your approval soon.

Yeah, photos are like 1.5" x 2" because took in Philippines.  Is that really an issue?  How else would we get it fixed it's what they have there.  Was good enough for her passport.

Apparently it an issue for them. But i saw them clearly as i had copies when we got our photos in Colombia. and the original i sent were also 1.5x2. RIDICULOUS to say the least tho.

I had the same problem. I just sent a new picture and it was fine.

Yea you have to retake them. They accepted my retakes. As per my RFE it said the photos couldnt be more than 30 days old. Might want to check what your RFE specifically says. I retook  mines and had my fiance retake hers back in Colombia and she sent them to me via email and i had mines and hers printed at Walgreens in the US immediately to get them sent back out as quickly as possible.

 

I attached a copy of my RFE for your reference.

Nope.  Mine just said please submit a passport-style photograph for me and for her.  Didn't mention size.  Like they pretend they lost them.  Hope they don't come back with another RFE saying size too small, I'll be pissed!

I would make sure to send them 2x2 as that is the US standard. After that i think you will be good.

Said within 30 days of date of petition.  Hope they don't see another newer photo and say something.

Yea Walgrens can resize them.

 

Yea my RFE said "within 30 days of this petition" at the time i assumed it was the petition of the RFE. 

So i just retook and gave them that. They accepted it

 

 

Honestly, i think they send these ridiculous RFE's to make sure the relationship is STILL valid.
