They have your case in NVC, you just need to call them on Monday for your NVC number. Inform them that you received an email from them.

USPS informed delivery is saying I'm getting a letter from USCIS today or Monday!!!  Wonder what it is????  Hope it's not ITD or RFE!  I'd be so depressed!  They didn't say anything when I called the other day and website isn't updated. 😣 I'm sooooo nervous!

Wow, OMG!

At least you will receive something soon, that is better than nothing. I hope is an approval.

Keep positive and congratulations in advance

Good if it's anything but an intent to deny! 😂 I'm really nervous!  I'm wishing us all get finished this month!  Did you file an inquiry when they updated to June cases?

Got an RFE for passport style photos!  Are you serious!!!!  I had them each in envelope separate behind the G-135A for each of us!!!  This is some BS!  The envelopes we're stapled to a blank sheet of paper!  All was in two hole punch so nothing would get lost!  They're making stuff up!

Can I use same pictures sent first time?

On the plus side its an easy fix. What did they say? You had no photos at all, or the ones you had were not correct in accordance to specifications? I'd say if they lost them then yes, just re-send the ones you originally sent.

There are lots of NOA2s coming in mail without an update on case tracker.

They didn't say.  Just I need to submit them.  I know exactly what I did and attorney saw them too!  Who could miss that easy thing?  It's listed clearly.  I also made sure behind the form so be easy to find.  Just a way to buy time in my opinion because they had congressman and senator on them.

Luckily I have one left of her otherwise would take weeks to get them from her.

This is the same type of RFE i got becuase apparently the photos werent 2 by 2 inches as their is apparently is a US standard. Although i found this ridiculous, i was glad it was just for this and nothing else. I will send it back as quickly as possible. i got the RFE Oct 17 sent it back the 20th it said received the 27th on the USCIS website and got the NOA2 on Nov14. Was pissed this delay took almost 4 weeks, but just wanted to share how it went for me

I have to agree. If that is all they said then I would just resubmit the original photos then.
