Did the same thing and we are just 4 days behind you...below is the letter we received. The NVC Research is no better than filling out that useless online form. You would think the cases are scanned into the computer system and they can track like USPS mail. Needless to say, I am very depressed today, have tears in my eyes, and feel hopeless. I think they lost our case....I know it...they lost it and I will have to try to replicate it and resubmit. :(

Dear Sir/Madam:

The National Visa Center received your inquiry and the attached I-797 Notice of Action - Approval Notice. Unfortunately we do not have a record of receiving your approved petition from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

NVC will work with USCIS to determine the location of your petition. We will let you know when we have more information. You do not need to take any action at this time. Thank you for your patience as we work with USCIS to ensure your case is moving forward.

Case Number:  9755

Sincerely,

Carlos

I am still filling out the online form, calling, and will be a thorn in their side until we know something. Probably won't change anything, but at least I feel like I am doing something as this is ridiculous.

Oh no I can remember seeing your posts a month or two ago.

Everytime I ring USCIS they say our case is within processing times and we have to wait. Their annoying.

I really hope you get something soon

Thanks for sharing, I have a feeling that's the same thing going to happen.  This is just so absurd that it's taking this long.

I Called NVC after 55 days , I don’t have any respons rather just wait. Either tomorrow or Thursday I should hear from the officer that was assigned to my case via email.

Did they say they will get back to you tomorrow or Friday? They did not tell me anything in the email but to just wait, they will investigate....same letter everyone gets, from Carlos.

So about two weeks ago I spoke to a supervisor from their New York location of uscis customer service. They said they have someone who will be assigned to look at the book case. And I should hear from them either today or tomorrow. The nvc also sent out email today from Carlos

Change to Chrome for your browser. Will NOT work on Safari. Drove me nuts until I learned this, works perfectly on Chrome

Drove me nuts as well but I figured it out. At first I thought it was MAC OS/Safari so was about to use Win7/IE. But thought to try something easier first like another browser. Used MAC OS/Chrome and it did not happen at all.

Hi are you doing this from an internet connection in Cambodia? If so that is likely the reason. Try going to a place there with a better connection. Same thing happened to us the the Philippines.  The Hotel Business office ended working much better then the internet cafe's which kept timing out.

If you are in the USA doing this again maybe try the public library and do it from there.

Nope, US. It was MAC/Safari. Chrome has no issue.

I got two emails stating the same things. It may have been received, but call them to make sure because they could be saying it is not in the system (or "Ready") yet. Received and Ready are two different things.

So I have been on a short vacation and been busy with my sick mom. No NOA2 for me yet, put in a Inquiry, since the June 1st update. No response to that. Coming to wish everyone a belated Happy New Year and to say what’s up to @Trinab80 😘. It seems most May Filers have fell into the Black Hole either with USCIS or NVC. I will update y’all when I and if I get my call back from the Tier 2 in 164 minutes 😂.
