It could very well be real---my timeline was very quick as well, only a 8 day turnaround time between my fingerprints and being scheduled for an interview.  Congrats on your application picking up speed!

i still can't believe it.:jest: :jest:i:jest:

i just checked my wife's account and saw the same status message ( we filed at the same day)....! if it's a typo, will this typo happen in both of our accounts ? is it a coincidence or real ?

Plus, MN field office is known for slow processing...they current process applications received a year ago.

What you have to remember is that what your case status is showing is the online status when you are inline for your interview to be scheduled---it's quite possible that you get an actual date soon or you can be "inline" for weeks/months.

When your interview is scheduled (ie. an actual date has been appointed) you will see the online status change to reflect the words "read the letter we mailed", and the PDF of the appointment letter posted into your documents.

NY is known for terrible backlog too because of the sheer number of applicants, so I was pleasantly surprised when I got scheduled quickly, so anything's possible---keep positive thoughts :)

i don't think it's real. I think it's just a bug in their system. It happened to me too, about 2 weeks ago, and since then, I have not received any letter nor have I seen any changes online.

Another strange thing.

I logged into the old ELIS site and it said that my interview notice has been scheduled and mailed to me but if I check my case at egov and the new my account experience, there is no status change–just a simple “we have reviewed your biometrics”.

So it might be a bug but we’ll see if I get a notice anytime in the next few weeks :)

it a glitch in old version ELIS, if you go to the new version, it says we reviewed your biometrics. Mine has been like this too for 3 months now.

Only when EGOV status says interview scheduled, then you will get the interview letter.

N-400 Timeline San Francisco field office (Marriage with an US citizen and 3 year of LPR):

ELIS: https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

EGOV: https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

08/15/2017 (day 000): N-400 application was filed online on ELIS

08/22/2017 (day 007): Biometrics appointment was scheduled for 9/8/2017

08/28/2017 (day 013): Early walk-in biometrics was completed

01/03/2018 (day 141): Interview appointment was scheduled for 2/6/2018

02/06/2018 (day 175): Interview was completed and the case was recommended for approval

02/12/2018 (day 181): Oath ceremony was scheduled for 3/15/2018

03/15/2018 (day 214): Oath ceremony was competed and I am an US citizen!

10-18-2017- Interview was Scheduled' status update in myUSCIS

very interesting to see, the "interview scheduled" status right after fingerprint completed, then 3 more month before the it was actually scheduled.

what' the old and new version ELIS ?

EGOV account always has delayed in update than the ELIS account, based on my experience.

The old version has this:

If you click the link, you will see the new version. Not sure what the direct link is to the new version.

As far as scheduling interview for N-400, EGOV seems to show the update first.
