Sending i751 in a few days

Hi everyone, my GC expires on January 15th 2018. I’m sending the i751 packet off by Wednesday 12/6. I’m a big worrier and need some reassurance that I haven’t left it too late!

From me looking at other threads, if you send your petition off by the 6th, you should get your NOA by the 16th or so and you may get your biometrics by January 6th.  Your NOA should be sufficient to keep you legal and Stateside!

You're fine, its  up to 90 days before the expiration date, so  in reality you could petition a few days before Jan 15th.  Good luck with the process, sit back and take a long, long nap, although you never know they might play catch up one day in the future. Perhaps, maybe....

Thank you! I’m just used to doing stuff early, but there were a few things we were waiting on.
