HELLO,

I have applied to reinstatement on 22nd march of this year. I got an RFE on nov 16th 2017 and have sent the requested evidences on dec1st 2017. So, how long does it take uscis to process my case as per rfe they mentioned they should respond before 60 days once I have sent all my documents. But when I check with few of my friends, its not true and they are waiting from 90 days to make a decision on their h1 rfe.

Have you got any response yet? and when did you get?

 

I have filed for an F-1 Reinstatement in September 2017. The USCIS website says that the processing time is normally around 135 days. I haven't got any response yet, and I would like to know how long it took you to get your visa reinstated. (Please mention the date of case receipt and case decisions, and a little bit of your story if you want). And what kind of evidence did they ask for?
