Hello All,

I am an F-1 student and I am filing I-485 based on an approved I-140 (NIW) for myself and my wife. Got a couple of question and appreciate if anyone can help:

Quote
In Part 1, page 2 of form I-485, section: Recent Immigration History, question 23.b:
It asks for expiration date of authorized stay shown on from I-94. I am an F-1 student and no final date is set on my I-94. Instead it says "D/S" which refers to Duration of Status, meaning I can stay as long as I am student. However the form required actual date. What should I do in this case?

In Part 2, page 3 of form I-485, section: Application Type of Filing Category, question 1.a through 1.g
I chose option "1.b Alien Worker, Form I-140" for myself. But what should I choose for my spouse, as a derivative of primary beneficiary?

In Part 3, page 5 of form I-485, section: Employment History, question 14.b
It asks for end date of current employment. If I am employed and I am not planning to change my job, Can the end date be written as "present"? I was wondering since the form only allow digits for date.

Thanks in advance!
