Hi....

We received our NOA2 last day and with the i130 petition we did not include any evidences such as pics, chats, call lists etc.(we just included the marriage certificate and passport copies)

So my question now, is when we submit the documents to the NVC should we side load the evidences(pics, chats etc)??

Kindly please advice...

The NVC may ask you for more evidence, just wait for  their advise.  But it would have been better if you attached more evidence (photos, tickets from places u travelled together) to avoid time delays  and getting RFE.

Since I'm filing for a high fraud country I side loaded heavily.  You'll get different opinions on this depending on the member and their situation.  Some did not send pictures with theirs at all and had no issues.  I didn't want to take any chances of a check list and took my chances of sending "too much info" , it caused no issues for me at the NVC state and I had CC in about a month.

Yes I included all of those.   The visa stamps on the passport is the best proof of Face time evidence.  Pictures (does not have to be a  lot) of you two together, I placed about 6 on a page and just sent a few sheets and included comments of who was with us and where we were.  Chat logs I chose a few from each day and call logs as well.

yaa... we will do that...we will not include soo much of chat maybe few from every month...and calls too...we don't need any checklist....it will dont do any harm to our case right??

and one more concern we have to just include these evidences into the packet that we submit to the nvc, should we write some coverletter or something??

yes I included cover letters with everything.  You can find some samples here http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Process

I did it since he’s from a high risk country. I want to send as much proof of our relationship and I will hopefully be able to be there at the interview as well with him.

Totally ok ;)  You can cut and paste and shrink so its not so much detail.  You basically want to show how often you communicate.

this is incorrect information.. NVC will NOT ask you for more evidence of bonafide marriage.. only USCIS does that
